“Shipping was fast, Packing is another issue with this company... some dvds came loose inside spindal that holds the disc, you can hear the dvds rattling around inside case....dvds packed straight up/vertical;;;;; instead of laying them down,”

“Good purchase - BUT - item arrived with an invoice indicating balance due ninety nine cents, which is erroneous. Phoned customer service and spoke with rep who was rude. Called back asked for supervisor who was at lunch, called back in a while and spoke with supervisor who was very nice. Both said no balance due and didn't seem to know why my invoice showed balance due. One asked if I could scan it and email a copy, "Not if you aren't showing I have a balance due" I explained "this discrepancy has already resulted as too much trouble." Transaction unnecessarily laborsome.”

“Got 2 of the 3 items I ordered in excellent condition. Emailed customer service about the 3rd missing item and perhaps if they didn’t have it in stock I could replace it with another item so I can save on postage but I just got a canned response. Well I got the other 2 items at a good price. Will shop from oldies.com again if the price is right.”
