Just like others, I placed an order early May, and chased over two weeks ago. If they knew then, why not tell me instead of saying 'by the end of next week'. This then makes it deceitful. I have had no email and not advised on how to get my money back. Very disappointed. I get things happen, but to continue taking orders is wrong and fraudulent.

I came on here to see if there was any reviews as I haven’t received my order from 6th May. I now find out via this site that they have gone bust, not even an email to tell me… No contact option, no Facebook page, nothing…

I was a longstanding happy customer but my last order never arrived & I've since found out they had a robbery & lost most of stock & now ceased trading ,They should not have still been taking orders & peoples money in that case also no advise to customers

The company took my payment and confirmed a delivery time however, never sent the item and 2 weeks later emailed me to advise they had ceased trading.

Do not but anything from these people at olive & sage I ordered a blue parrot lamp on April 4th still not received it and I’ve asked for a refund but still not received my money back, hopefully PayPal will get my refund for me

I have been waiting for my ítem over 3 months and received only excuses from their customer service. When I asked them for refund, I received an automated message that the company has ceased trading. How dishonest!!!

Shocking company, avoid at all costs. Still waiting for a delivery that was promised from 31st March, constant excuses, still no product and having to raise a credit card charge back as they won’t even refund me!

I am confused as to how this company has so many positive reviews. I am still waiting for an item that I ordered over 8 weeks ago with less than satisfying communication from customer services. Definitely will not be buying from this company again.

- item not delivered in time indicated - Personally had to chase for delivery as no comms - Completely wrong item delivered - Wrong item not collected on agreed date - partner had to stay home from work on said date so wasted his time - Business owner not reached out by time that he indicated, to resolve issues - Agreed another date for wrong item to be collected and correct to be delivered. Partner had to come home from work to exchange. No one turned up. - Then agreed to leave the item outside the next day as neither my partner or I could take time off work (again) came home at the end of the day to the incorrect item still on the driveway and no correct item - Business owner agreed to refunding us 50% of the cost of the item (never heard anything further about this) - Item finally delivered, not even in any packaging and just shoved in our wood shed. - Would never ever buy anything from this company again. The whole team need some sales training, instead of every time you speak to them they tell you all about their personal problems. Weird weird experience.

I am sick to death of this company. Ordered items in July with less time of end of august. Constant chasing with ‘sorry it’s delayed’ generic replies. FINALLY a email ‘your order will be with us 18/10 and we will deliver that week. 20/10 - sorry it’s delayed for another two weeks. What an absolute farce this company is & they think a free lightbulb will make it all better. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered 2 items 27/9/22. Still waiting. I did email and was told the stock was delayed for a week getting to O&S they were expecting it to be in on 13/10/22 and I would get an email when it was dispatched. Still waiting for that email 18/10/22.

Ordered a lamp number of months ago knowing that there would be a delay. Advised timeframe of delivery came about and no lamp. Contacted Olive and Sage and was offered what seemed to be a reasonable explanation with a further timeframe. Reached further timeframe and still no lamp. Contacted them again and offered conflicting reasons as to delay. Have since cancelled my order and waiting, still, on a refund. Terrible customer service and I’m out of pocket a considerable amount of money. Every time I had to approach them for updates. Buyer be VERY aware!

Buyers beware. I have been waiting over 4 weeks for a small item. I have emailed to ascertain where it is and no responses. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Actually no service at all. Buyers beware.

Bought 2 item at a similar time, placed in same area of garden after treating with WD40 as per instructions. One remains in good condition the other rusting away. Contacted customer services who say its been in too much direct sunlight??. Whilst most of the UK has had a glorious summer here in Shetland we have been less fortunate only hitting high temps of 15 degrees infrequently! I also fail to see how if one item has remained in good condition whilst the other hasn't its down to weather conditions. I suggested that the item may be faulty and could they replace it and was rudely asked why I would want a replacement if the goods were faulty.! RUDE! Unable to contact on phone and no reply received to last email. Really expected better.

Ordered shelve on 1st of July,waited 2weeks for shipping!! then courier from Evri delivered somewhere else and took picture that is delivered to my address which is not as I did not recognized my door on it!Checked with my neighbour's even and nothing! Contacted to Olive&Sage they promise to resend the item with other courier company then I got several emails about how sorry they are and my item will be dispatch soon then they have my parcel and new label but with no tracking info yet then again silence!! Its been a month since I ordered it paid for it but still not have it! Not happy at all, poor customer service,treating customer unprofessional! I just want my money back! Avoid!!

A bit disappointed that the salt and pepper shakers I ordered came as a DIY kit and not with the labels already on. Especially after such a lengthy turn around time.
