I ordered my items and after eight days nothing. It says five to seven days delivery so it wasn’t long but what bothered me was no contact at all from them, no dispatch notice etc. I have emailed three times and tried calling. My order is £75 worth of Xmas gifts. As I am retired through ill health and with a very limited income I am getting really stressed. I have tried emailing again today. I will never order again from this company

After placing an order 1 month ago I am still waiting to receive the majority of my items which were split into 2 separate deliveries. I have recieved no updates regarding this delay. After sending an email I recieved a brief email stating 'we are very busy, I will look into it.' That was 72 hrs ago and surprise surprise no update. The company appears to be ignoring my emails and show no concern that a customer has paid and is waiting to receive their order which they had hoped to give as Christmas presents. I have asked for better customer service, a simple polite phone call explaining they are a small business struggling to keep up with demand would be nice. Worst online customer service experience ever! I will be expecting a refund if the items are not available and will be contacting my bank at the end of the week to report this.

Ordered 2 dragons on 30 September they were reduced as new stock was coming in. 25 days later and copious emails olive & sage still havent dispatched my parcel. Their assistant Debbie fobs me off with excuses, she says she'll contact the warehouse but never responds. I think they've already sold my dragons to someone else because theres no excuse for it really. Bought from them twice in the past no issues but I'll avoid them i the future too much inconsistency and too complacent once they've taken your money.

Is this company still treading. I’m still waiting for a large mirror which they say was shipped weeks ago. On the carriers web site it says still awaiting. After two mails and two unanswered calls. I am not impressed.

Ordered a large dragon in April..its now the end of July..and still no Dragon..it was over 50 quid too!! Why can't they just tell you instead of fobbing me off telling me first it would be June then beginning of July then it would be dispatched by the end of July!!! I cant afford to lose this money...i saved for this dragon and I'm so disapointed as it was in memory of my dad who loved Wales and Welsh rugby!! I still live in hope it will arrive???

I placed an order on 30th June - a birthday present - with 5-7 days delivery. Have still not received. I have sent 3 enquiry/chasing emails and have not had the courtesy of a reply yet. Very quick to take money but no customer service!!! I continue to wait for a gift which is for a birthday long gone.....

Paid £59 for a pre order of a large metal dragon approx 2 months ago. The item arrived and when opened one of the claws was completely broken off. Contacted Olive and Sage by email, no reply. Two more emails, and one phone call, no reply. They are great at taking your money but there is no customer service at all of anything goes wrong. Absolute rubbish of a company, buyer BEWARE !

Made a order got delivered no paperwork came damaged emailed and telephoned several times no answer or reply.. waste of money and bad customer service.. so got a lantern that’s damaged and can’t do nothing with it.. won’t be ordering again off them!!!

Ordered some items at the beginning of July, i have still not recieved them. I have a tracking number for hermes but all it says is that they are still waiting for the parcel to arrive.

Have tried phoning every day to chase an outstanding order and have sent 4 e mails. Voice mail is full and no response to emails. Shocking customer service. If you want to ask for a refund you cant get through to do so.

I ordered an item on 2nd July and was informed it would be here in two weeks. I have since heard nothing. I have sent three emails, tried phoning numerous times but no-one answers and the voicemail is full. I am really concerned about my items and think it's very poor customer service to have no way for your customers to contact you.

I have had quite a few items without a problem. One of my orders went missing with Hermes so I contacted Olive and Sage. The lady apologised and said she would resend it. That was 3 weeks ago. Still nothing. I have been ringing everyday for the past week. It just rings out and then goes to voicemail saying they are very busy. I’ve left my phone number but no one rings back. Tried ringing today and it now goes straight to voicemail. This is no way to run a business. This item is a gift so I’m getting really frustrated.

Emails and telephone calls go unanswered. I am just trying to get an update on delivery date for an item that is intended for a birthday gift. I could accommodate a small delay (understandable under the current circumstances) but it would be courtesy For the company to return customer queries. I see another customer had a similar experience to me but other than that, previous reviews are really glowing. I’m so disappointed and with the lack of any information, I don’t know whether to go out and buy another gift.

Ordered an item last April, which I was informed would arrive in the first week of July. Heard nothing in the meantime. Phoned...to no avail, left 2 emails requesting an update and finally received an email saying that there were only two of them trying to cope with over 800 customer emails and calls daily. Assured this item would arrive during first week of July, but it didn't, and again, email and phone call has gone unanswered. Perhaps they should increase their staff numbers to ensure customers receive proper customer service. The money for this item was taken immediately;it's a shame their customer care isn't more efficient, as I feel very frustrated. Will not deal with this company again.

I placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago now. Despite phoning them and emailing them for an update on the order I have received no response. Disappointed when payment from you is taken immediately!! Customer service poor

I am still waiting after 5 weeks for delivery of a cabinet i have paid for.( They still say allow up to 2 weeks on their website etc ). While it is difficult circumstances out there , other similar items i have purchased from other independent traders across the country have all arrived quickly without problems. Olive and Sage are also not responding to phone calls ,emails etc so worrying times....

Having ordered several different items some arriving in stated time, one arrived damaged and when I sent photos and email of complaint no reply and then finally an order outstanding with no reply as to where my items are. Subsequently will think very hard about ordering again

Order placed September, chased for 2 weeks in December using various methods. Finally arrived 22nd Dec, all damaged. Was told they hadn't checked it before it was sent, they needed to collect it before issuing refund but they couldn't do that for 3weeks. When I said that wasnt good enough was spoken to rudely and told it wasn't their problem. Never been treated like this by anyone or company ever.
