I waited over 6weeks for a fire pit to be delivered for a 60th birthday present, and not once did your company inform me of any reason for the delay. The delivery surpassed the birthday date. There was no offer of compensation and the only reason I did not cancel was because it was a joint present from other family members. Very disappointed with customer service.

I have never dealt with a company who promise so much and don't deliver. I am a small business and ordered a bulk delivery of lanterns. Took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. Loads of apologies advising they were changing warehouses so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Put second order in and had returns from customers ...3 weeks ago they advised they would send out replacements still waiting. Tell you things have been sent out ..don't arrive. Blantent lies.my reputation as small business has been damaged. Sick of apologies and no resolution. Will not use again and suggest you don't.

Absolutely disgusting company to deal with...ordered from them to wait weeks for delivery, after numerous emails & then telling them to cancel.. then finally received my parcel only to find out it wasn't all of my order, I contacted them to let them know then got a reply saying sorry they could see it had not been sent & would get back to me after the weekend ....still no email from them, I have wrote to them to cancel my order & put the money back into my account...Never again will I order from this company & had to give 1 star so I could write this review otherwise it would of been none...wish I would of read the shocking reviews on here before I ordered.

I would give zero stars if possible. BUYERS BEWARE!! The company is beginning to feel like some sort of scam after I placed two large orders of the 7 items I ordered that were not dispatched until I chased at least 4 times FOUR that's right FOUR of the items turned up broken. They had no others to replace so offered discount on some items I could still keep despite the faults. I am still waiting two weeks later for the table that arrived smashed to pieces costing £115 to be collected and they will not refund until its returned. They haven't sent the label for me to drop off after their courier failed to collect two days running. They seem to be an absolutely shambolic company who try to keep your money. I was naive enough to place another order in the sale weeks ago which hasn't been dispatched and I have received no updates. SHOCKING SERVICE, POOR PRODUCT AND SHAMBOLIC COMPANY. STAY AWAY!

On February 8th, along with a pre-order for myself, I ordered the set of 4 crazy birds (as shown) wanted as a birthday gift ( March 17th ) When it hadn’t arrived by 13th March, I contacted by email & messenger. I received an email stating it was being sent next day. It didn’t arrive. Via messenger was told it had definitely dispatched. Following day no arrival, given tracking no: I tracked, it stated waiting for parcel. I contacted & told them saying obviously they didn’t even have it yet. Was told it had dispatched & to give the status time to update, considering I should have already received it ? Today parcel arrived, the photo is what I received. I messaged & asked if it was a joke. One bird out of 4. First of all I was told the order was cancelled but DPD found it, which made no sense. When asked what they meant. Story changed to packing error at warehouse. Incidentally the set is now out of stock. At any point they could have told me I would not be receiving the gift and I could have arranged something else, I even said in our conversation’s I would do this, but now I have under 2 hours before being collected & no gift. I am disabled and I have no way of getting out anything. I even made a point of ordering early, as I have had slight delivery problems before, not this long though & that wasn’t a gift. Also on messenger, the only point I got a proper apology, was when I mentioned at the end that I was disabled, before that it felt like I was being unreasonable expecting what I had paid for. Now I have to hope the other part of the delivery does in fact come when it’s in stock

The worst company I have ever dealt with, after purchasing a tractor bar for £300+, I then waited a despatch notification and looked forward to receiving my item. Unfortunately after 3 week I had heard completely nothing, I tried contacting them by phone, impossible…..they claim there still working remotely, emailing them takes days to get a response. After been asked to wait and told my item would be despatched shortly, around a week later I’m informed the item I had ordered in grey wasn’t actually available, but they did have a red one??? If I wanted it in red I would of bought it in red. They offered a 25% discount for all the hassle that had been caused, after now waiting a month I decided I would take the red one and get a friend to powder coat it in grey for me, at yet more cost, but seemed the best option as I had looked forward to receiving my item. I was told my item would be despatched the next day and I would hear from the courier asap regarding delivery, after yet again waiting I emailed again, to be told my item will hopefully be delivered next week. By now I had completely had enough, they have had my money for 5 week, I have been completely messed about from day one, and now all I’m getting is a refund. I wouldn’t dream of treating any customer the way this company thinks is acceptable, how they manage to trade in this way is beyond me, please don’t waste your time, you will end up frustrated, angry and very tired, but you will get no where, the items they sell are widely available, AVOID at all cost. Also check the reviews I wish I had of done before waisting 5 weeks.

Ordered goods on 21st January after seeing their ad on Facebook. Money taken immediately but despite their email stating delivery would be within 5-7days of date of order I am still waiting on goods to be received. I wish I read the reviews before ordering from this company as I would never of bothered otherwise, so many people stating that they are waiting weeks for their orders and how bad customer services is! On querying where my order was with company got bog standard reply of 'well in these times delivery can take slightly longer than anticipated'. If that is the case then state that on your website. Other companies I have ordered from have managed to supply goods in a timely fashion. If they don't have the goods in stock then they shouldn't really take money until they are able to supply these goods. Will be contacting my card issuer and seeking a refund that way. Will never use this company again.

Very poor customer service.Don't pack items properly then when items damaged don't want to replace unless customer repackages and sends back.Rude to customer and argumentative, don't like to see that they are on the wrong and even argue back on customer reviews.

Terrible customer service.Had ordered before and been pleased with items so reordered but 2 items were damaged .....was quite obvious from the replies I received that they were trying to avoid refund or replacement and were rude and actually argumentative even though it was their fault! I felt quite upset and very rarely leave bad reviews but a test of a good company is how they act when things go wrong......avoid.

As others have stated, rude, patronising, dismissive attitude and blatant lies from this company. I received confirmation after I placed my order and via email and text that my order would be delivered within two weeks but after the two weeks were up I discovered the tracking details provided were fake and my order hadn’t been dispatched after all. I’m now waiting ten weeks for an item that is in stock and always has been. I’ve sent 16 (chasing) emails and have been given five different delivery dates, the latest was for a few days ago and guess what I haven’t received my order or any idea as to when I will. (They’re refusing to send my order until they have others going to the same area to make it cheaper for them!)

Sent me wrong item, dreadful customer service, very rude , I had to keep chasing them up , will not buy again or recommend, wish I had read these reviews first, pity the owner was not able to be contacted about there staff

Ordered a few items with no problem, however an item wasn't received, it was stuck at delivery depot so wasn't really ivory and sage problem, but I did expect them to sort it out for me but they kept asking me to bear with them took so long I dealt with it myself and have heard no more from their ' customer services' .

I don’t understand how a company can have such different reviews . Lots saying they are fantastic and others the exact opposite. My experience so far unfortunately is on the bad side . No order and no response. I hope they prove me wrong soon . Be aware

Ordered a plate ..waited two weeks with no response so contacted them on IM messenger only to be told last one got smashed in warehouse so got offered exchange which I took that was a week ago today ! Asked two days ago what’s going on and if been posted ! No response ! Now another message !! What are the odds I get nowhere again . Shocking way to treat a customer !! Just to say I’ve bought lots from this company before with no issue so WHAT is the issue ?

rude nasty patronising emails Couldnt even get the product description right in responses and blamed it on staff shortage. Rude and inappropriate responses in addition to unprofessional anecdotes on the emails from Lesley who by all accounts is too stressed to be able to communicate on a professional and helpful manner.

I WOULDN’T order anything from them at the moment. I’ve paid for a mirror close to £100 and There has been no service at all, despite them taking my money and saying it would take up to 2 weeks to deliver.... This was back in November!! would love to know if anyone has had any better luck!! I’ve tried emailing several times, calling them and leaving voicemails to no answer or reply. It says they’re working remotely but there is no evidence of this. Shocking service.

Ordered a Christmas present for my husband Dec 8th. Still waiting, and no reply to my emails/phone call. No communication about it at all actually, yet money has been paid in full.

I ordered the dinosaurs months ago I knew there would be a wait but not this long! I’ve tried contacting the company and Hermès and heard nothing. I’m really disappointed and especially as the £96 was taken from my account months ago too!! I just wish soy would get in touch.....

I ordered the pink fairy teapot. Fairy Boot House, fairy Toadstool on the 7th Dec, yet to receive them, took £36 out my bank, no email from them, yet I ordered 4 days ago for Stoney Perch and lily pad rest for £20 and received yesterday, I have had quite a few itams of them with no trouble
