“Ordered a few items with no problem, however an item wasn't received, it was stuck at delivery depot so wasn't really ivory and sage problem, but I did expect them to sort it out for me but they kept asking me to bear with them took so long I dealt with it myself and have heard no more from their ' customer services' .”

“I bought the forget me not bird feeders and the large hedgehog for my daughter in law and she was over the moon with them. So was I. They are incredibly good value. So affordable and yet so beautiful. I will definitely be buying from Olive and Sage again. They have wonderful things in their shop for presents if you want something a bit special. As a new customer I haven't discovered all their products yet but I am exited to explore and find more wonderful items. My purchases arrived well packaged and quickly. “After placing an order 1 month ago I am still waiting to receive the majority of my items which were split into 2 separate deliveries. I have recieved no updates regarding this delay. After sending an email I recieved a brief email stating 'we are very busy, I will look into it.' That was 72 hrs ago and surprise surprise no update. The company appears to be ignoring my emails and show no concern that a customer has paid and is waiting to receive their order which they had hoped to give as Christmas presents. I have asked for better customer service, a simple polite phone call explaining they are a small business struggling to keep up with demand would be nice. Worst online customer service experience ever! I will be expecting a refund if the items are not available and will be contacting my bank at the end of the week to report this.”
