“This company has misleading and unclear information on the website about applying to become a seller. The point is that they require you to pay one month subcribe fee in advance before submitting the application. It is clear said this is one-month subscription fee in advance. the subscribtion fee provides various services that help the seller's account and products and renews automatically every month, but after you pay the fee, this fee suddenly becomes a non-refundable application fee!
No matter how clearly the invoice you receive says that it is a subscribe fee that renews automatically every month, they insist that it is an application fee and it is non-refundable! Any time try to contact them, there will only be two results, one is no one to reply to the email, and the other is a copy and paste of a text to you through ticket.
It is really surprising that a company that I have purchased and trusted as a customer would handle the problem like this! Unbelievable!
I don't know how important £46.8 (monthly subscription fee ≠ application fee) is to this company, but I believe that if you stick to your current attitude towards customers and your approach to solving problems, it will become more and more important!”
