Seller would not assist as obviously overseas with little care for UK law and when escalated to OnBuy customer services, couldn't be bothered to even respond. Absolutely dreadful. Stick to a professional company like eBay rather than these awful pretenders.”

I have not received my parcel and said Delivered ?! The seller was not happy to refund me but finally I was refunded the full amount as the law says when parcel not been received. Please be careful.”
“OnBuy hosts sellers who offer fake products (Chinese-made 'Birkenstocks') and does nothing to remedy the issue when it is brought to their attention. These sellers are cheats - they will offer you a fraction of the price you paid to try and avoid giving you a refund and then refuse to accept the parcel when you return it. The seller goes by the name huangailinlin. I have not had any recompense or refund at all. AVOID THIS PLATFORM AT ALL COSTS”
