“The assistant on the phone was courteous and helpful. He suggested i go online to book help. I asked that he do this and he was cool. He suggested getting towed in the a.m. as it wasnt urgent that night. Glad it was towed at night because the huge tow vehicle for my van would have blocked traffic in the day time. The repair pick up was patient and friendly and efficient.”

“I called after being stranded at my son’s school due to a flat tyre. The call centre staff were lovely and helpful. The gentleman that arrived was very friendly and helpful and had me started in 5 mins”
