Wasn’t a rescue at all. Sent a guy that didn’t know much about bikes, couldn’t fix the issue. Then said I’m not booked in for him to take my bike home, left after about 10 mins. Waste of time and money

When I was able to log the breakdown on the portal The service was good and car was recovered as promised with 75 minutes. However she trying to log onto the portal at night it proved impossible. I am tech savvy but had log one securely stored on my computer but obviously in the car I only had my phone. A more direct booking over the phone would have been helpful. Also at 10.30 pm I would not have been able to arrange a garage to take my car. Fortunately I limped home and sorted in the morning. Gave it three stars because it worked this morning but last night would have given it no stars!

Waited 2 hrs in the cold, had to call back twice.i was on my own with no heating due to car being stopped. The guys on the phone were excellent and when the guy arrived it was all fixed in 10 mins. But the tome waiting with no contact from anyone was very worrying and scary

Unlike RAC & AA, who plug a machine and provide you with useful information on thr exact issue. The One Call Rescue service simply tow vehicle from point a to b.

I would give them 5 star but There was a few ours delay till the recovery vehicle arrived to tow my car to the garage which was inconvenient but the rest were gone smoothly. That would be better if they contacted me about the delay and let me know

Very long winded, online payment wouldn't go through so had to phone the claims line twice before I could organise the recovery. Now sat waiting for the recovery truck who estimate they will be over an hour. Overall I've been sat here for an hour without the truck being another hour.

Could not get the app to work, called again they sent the link again , this time no problem . Very happy car at the garage now

The first person on phone wasn't particularly helpful,but a lady took over and she was good The rescue vehicle took a very detoured route which I queried,driver not helpful just said we have to stick to motorways As I paid £3 per mile I felt I was being ripped off by upping the mileage The driver was not helpful and refused to take us a mile from the garage to home!.

I did receive a call back quickly it did take 2 and a half hours before the guy came to rescue us and I did call to change the drop off point of the car from my house to the garage which was not relayed to him and he left us at the garage and we'd to find our own way home which I wasn't impressed with

SG2 if he was the 1st chap I spoke to was very good. However when I chased up after waiting 3 hours on the A421 slip road I mentioned again I was a lone female and was advised 'don't prioritise for that'. Shocking

The mechanic was great: very efficient and polite. However it took almost 4.5 hours for someone to arrive. I asked for help at 16:35. Was called 3 times last one at 19:30 ish, assuring me someone would be there in 20mins Ish. I complained at about 20: 40 and an mechanic was there by 21:00. I was in Hanham, Bristol!) g not on motorway or in the countryside. 4.5 hour is just too slow.

Long wait but quick fix once arrived. Would be good to have updates if driver is delayed or live tracking even better!

Ok rescue company was brilliant arrived earlier than time given my mid rating is due to being held to ransom to pay excess there and then otherwise I wouldn't be rescued I didn't have any bank cards on me and would of gladly paid once at my home address surely the main priority was to get me off the motorway obviously your fee was more important than my safety

The breakdown call handler Adam, was very helpful and sorted out the booking of my recovery really quickly. However, the portal needs some amendments as it is not easy to navigate and when you want to book a new claim, it asks you to call the main number. Once you call and explain the situation, you get sent another link to exactly the same portal and no option of creating a new claim!

The mechanic who attended was pleasant, good humoured and knew his trade. My gripe is that a predicted arrival time of 10:30am was in reality after midday. If I had been properly informed of the timing I would have provided a higher rating.

My first time calling on this service & was surprised that I had to log on to my account rather than just use phone to report my breakdown. Easy enough process & was kept updated by text & phone call of eta. When the breakdown chap arrived he had been instructed to just load my car & take it to my home address. I had thought I would get roadside assistance first. I explained my problem & asked him to try starting the car & it did start. He then kindly followed me home to make sure no further issues. So I was happy with the service , but just glad I asked him to try the car before loading on his lorry.

Directed to portal but portal couldn't process my breakdown request. Man on the phone was very helpful although a little difficult to understand. He said he would get his manager to resolve the portal issue which was helpful.
