“Shona was fantastic. Im a frontline worker who was on duty New Year’s Day with a punctured tyre. Shona arranged for a rescue team who got to me within the hour. Brilliant service by OCR 👍”

“Called late Sunday night with a breakdown to be greeted by a cheerful telephone operator (CS5) who was very fast to process my request and I was very pleased to see the the mechanic a mere 25 minutes into the 1 hour window, he was able to diagnose the issue to a faulty starter motor, together we restarted the vehicle and I was on my way, more pleasingly all cost were included into my policy so no costs, 5⭐️ From me great service nice to know your there when I need you! Well done !”
