Spoke with kealey farrow today and she was very helpful when part of my delivery turned up , but not my !! She was very helpful solving this problem, and getting straight back to me to let me know what is happening. Excellent customer service from kealey, even tho my phone is turning up a day later than the rest of my stuff

I had an issue with my vodafone signal when using wifi and spoke to Kealey who was immediately able to identify the problem, she took me through some troubleshooting steps and then explained that she would check up on me in a few days to ensure that the issue has been resolved and to check if I needed further assistance; sure enough I received a number of calls and emails checking up on the issue. Great service and as a business owner who relies on mobile contact OneCom and Kealey couldnt have done better.

Actually, all the plaudits rightfully belong to the Vodafone representative, who laboured tirelessly (and endlessly) to resolve my issues.

My issue is still not resolved - due to Vodafone. I am so lucky that Molly is dealing with my issue - I have never experienced customer service communication and commitment like this anywhere. Delighted to be dealing with Molly who I know will get this mess sorted. Full communication and full effort at all times to sort it all out. Delighted
