My call was answered promptly. Kealey resolved my query regarding the amounts of my August and September bills quickly and efficiently and was polite and cheerful throughout. She volunteered to email me detailed bills and these duly arrived within minutes of our call ending. Thank you Kealey.

Speaking with molly today was fantastic! I have been trying to resolve this matter for months and she sorted it out for me in about half an hour! She was the ultimate professional and a credit to one com! Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her! I hope if I have to call again molly will be the person I talk to!
