Pathetic, absolutely pathetic. I’ve never had a problem with my payments and proof of payments. I listed them under a beneficiary on my online banking. Not helpful at all, not considerate and best of all don’t think you will get any personal emails. They all pre - typed and all they will do is bold something to “ enhance” the problem. Does it look like I can’t read? So disappointed, done doing business with you. Will not recommended to anyone, absolutely PATHETIC service. Been a customer for so long and this is how we get treated?? D.O.N.E.

1. On the item Set Of Two : USB Mosquito Killer of which I ordered x 3. I should have received 6 USB Mosquito Killer, instead I only received 3. 2. Then on the Item Solar Camping Light, the incorrect items were delivered. I HAVE SENT THEM 6 EMAILS. THEY HAVE NOT REPLIED TO ANY OF MY EMAILS

Was promised my refund 2 weeks ago.. now they don't respond on my emails. They have the item back and my money!!! Don't buy from them !!!

They promise you your refund on a day and then they keep moving it out! It seems the only way to get your money is to go to the Ombudsman!

Unfortunately we can’t give a ZERO rating, as this is the worst online company I have ever dealt with. It lives in the dark ages. Since when do online shops have 5 working days a week, instead of 24/7? I ordered more than 4 weeks ago and no delivery and no refund They offer a tracking system which only starts after shipment which supposedly was after three weeks and after 5 days still shows dispatched. Now they say they have t wait for my return before a refund can take place, but I never had delivery!! Delays, lies, more delays and more lies, so don’t waste your money, it the deal is too good to be true, don’t fall for it!!!!

Pathetic service - My 2nd order just arrived BUT my 1st seems to have gone missing BUT all I get is AUTOMATED PATHETIC RESPONSES _ WHAT A JOKE!

Do not order from them... Takes over a month to get your order and then they don't want to exchange an item that doesn't work!!!

Regular customer. Tried to contact them as order would not go beyond delivery address. Kept on failing. No one to talk to. Email would not go through. What a joke. They can't handle or service a regular customer. Other wrbsites available!!!!!

This company should be investigated. They take payment but do not deliver. They also do not answer emails. This is nothing other than stealing money from people. It is a scam. Do NOT fall in the same trap.

its called One Day Only because, after your first order, you realise how shocling their service is, delivery is and customer support is. As the business gets bigger, there service gets worse. Nothing but frustration from this company. Deal are not always worth the reward. 10 business days delivery, and that's if you lucky

I was under the Impression that I was one of few customers that"s past the level of disappointment and "gatvol" of Poor delivery after an order was placed a month ago for a simple pair of Caterpillar boots? There is no Telephone number available to have a direct conversation to one of the laid back Company Representative . Nastassja, Please wake up and service your Customers? Regards Deon

I order a patio lounge set from One day only, it arrived in the incorrect colour and was missing cushions which were part of the purchase . It has been over a month and still nothing has been rectified, all I seem to be doing is writing endless emails with no action been taken . Why don’t they have any telephone number that one can use to follow up on their query ? This is ridiculous how shocking their after sale service is. I’m so disgusted !

Ordered 3 lenses for a cellphone - package arrived only after the helpful courier service intervened - packet containing lenses was open and there were only 2 lenses - really poor quality lenses - have emailed and sent messages no response - and there is no contact number - im sure all their stuff are grey products but that no one else can sell - one bitten never again

I am disgusted in their services, i changed my delivery address on 3.09.20 on 05.09.20 they delivered to the wrong address! Please don't bother phoning them cause you will be first in que but then they ask to leave a message. I must now pay for courier fees to deliver the packages so the changes for me getting my money back will probably be within a month as I need to send an email with my details. Never in my life will I buy something from them again

Atrocious service!! Company gone downhill to the point that it feels like a scam since it was sold. It has taken over a month to receive a response to a request to cancel the order (sent a few minutes after placing), as the same item was available at +12% less!! At the point of receiving the first response that was not a bot, the item was finally delivered with all delivery cost etc. to me, without action from One Day Only for cancellation or response. I then had to send them all THEIR records for the purchase despite One Day Only having the order number!?? Still awaiting their response for another faulty item despite sending emails AND opening up a ticket on their site with all the required information. Their contact numbers and helpdesk contact numbers have been shut/closed down and are no longer in use. Be very careful dealing here!

My order (#2513061) was tampered with pre-dispatch (the onedayonly seal was intact upon delivery). I've sent more than a hundred emails asking for rectification, but NO RESPONSE. Shocking!
