I order a patio lounge set from One day only, it arrived in the incorrect colour and was missing cushions which were part of the purchase . It has been over a month and still nothing has been rectified, all I seem to be doing is writing endless emails with no action been taken . Why don’t they have any telephone number that one can use to follow up on their query ? This is ridiculous how shocking their after sale service is. I’m so disgusted !

Ordered 3 lenses for a cellphone - package arrived only after the helpful courier service intervened - packet containing lenses was open and there were only 2 lenses - really poor quality lenses - have emailed and sent messages no response - and there is no contact number - im sure all their stuff are grey products but that no one else can sell - one bitten never again

I am disgusted in their services, i changed my delivery address on 3.09.20 on 05.09.20 they delivered to the wrong address! Please don't bother phoning them cause you will be first in que but then they ask to leave a message. I must now pay for courier fees to deliver the packages so the changes for me getting my money back will probably be within a month as I need to send an email with my details. Never in my life will I buy something from them again

Atrocious service!! Company gone downhill to the point that it feels like a scam since it was sold. It has taken over a month to receive a response to a request to cancel the order (sent a few minutes after placing), as the same item was available at +12% less!! At the point of receiving the first response that was not a bot, the item was finally delivered with all delivery cost etc. to me, without action from One Day Only for cancellation or response. I then had to send them all THEIR records for the purchase despite One Day Only having the order number!?? Still awaiting their response for another faulty item despite sending emails AND opening up a ticket on their site with all the required information. Their contact numbers and helpdesk contact numbers have been shut/closed down and are no longer in use. Be very careful dealing here!

My order (#2513061) was tampered with pre-dispatch (the onedayonly seal was intact upon delivery). I've sent more than a hundred emails asking for rectification, but NO RESPONSE. Shocking!

The most disappointing online stores in SA. While the deals appear to be good, the total lack of customer support makes one wonder why a company like this is even still operating. Nothing other than generic replies to delivery queries, more than double the quoted time-frame and no idea when to expect delivery of the order. There are no contact details on the website other than a customer portal, so one relies on this to get updates or answers to queries. Really disappointed with the service.

Still waiting on delivery NR0000305222 This is ridiculous, I don't mind it being delayed but there cannot be a third party delivery service (fastway), haven't been informed when package will be delivered, you need to look at an in house deliver service like takealot, now that's a proper company!! Need a job so if you need to hire me as a direct driver Il do it.

Pathetic customer service. they send me emails every day with their specials. But, try to reach them after you have received something and its the wrong item and they do not respond to email and there is ZERO way to contact them telephonically. The WORST customer service i have come across. I cannot believe they are functioning like this.

The worst experience of my life. Ordered 28th May and still waiting, their online tracking system for my order last updated on the 15th June and today its the 23rd June. This was the first time I bought from them and it will never happen again.

I placed an order on the 19th of may, i have yet to have any feedback, apart from the automated email response when i query the whereabouts of my order. zero customer feedback whatsoever, i have a feeling this company is going under, i will definitely never use them again. terrible service and customer feedback.

it's been over 3 weeks since I paid for my order, well outside the 5-10 working day shipment period. Not only have I still not received the order but there is no response whatsoever via email on where on the order is, how long it will be still, and now to process the refund as I'm fed up waiting for them.

2nd time ordering from them and both have been terrible experiences... 5 emails and contact via the web with no response at all. They do not stick to the promised divery time frame, not even close. They don't list a contact number so you can't phone them PS. My daughter in law is having exactly the same BAD experience. SHOCKING !! 🤬

Do your best to avoid ODO.Ordered and paid 28/05.Automated generic follow up only onqueries.Fast and Furious (Cindy)their shipping agent cannot even find their own branch in Pta on the phone.How do you expect to get your deliveries done🙈.Worst possible online retailer

Purchased on 5 June 2020 and order is still in process. Emails not answered. No update. Communication and service sucks. Today is 15 June 2020 and status is payment received. Looking at the reviews below one would think that this company doesn't care.
