“Stars must be zero!! I think it is time to start a class action against these scammers...more than a month ago...R2000 later...NO goods!! Also time for Carte Blanche to pay them a visit!!!!! Disgusting to say the least!! Where is my goods??? Shame on you 1 Day Only!!”

“Ordered goods on 19 Dec only received 1 item out of five items ordered. I am promised refund as I can't wait anymore. Requested a recon statement. Still waiting.”

“I understand that at Christmas time its going to get busy and maybe some people will be disappointed by not receiving their goods in time. I placed an order for 2 items in NOVEMBER. One item delivered and the other missing. NO communication. Apart from the missing item the worst thing is that NO ONE RESPONDS TO MY MAILS. Yes you get the auto reply but that's all - No OTHER RESPONSE!!”

“IF YOU LIKE SURPRISES ORDER SUM THING FROM ONE DAY ONLY. The product I ordered was not only used before but also it was a no name unbranded made in China excuse of what I ordered. Defiantly not the same as the one advertised.”

“Well they're great at responding when you're a potential customer, but when they deliver products that don't work and you want to return it, Customer Service gets bad really quick. I ordered 2 items that didn't work once they were delivered. They informed me to send both back with the same courier, but they only gave me one return form and didn't reply when I asked for a second one. Then when the courier came he informed me that OneDayOnly only instructed them to collect one item. So I only sent one back (a week ago) and I haven't heard a thing about it again - no refund, no reply. I also contacted them to tell them that I didn't send the second item back, because they didn't book a return for the second item and well up until now, I haven't heard a thing about that again either. I was simply informed that the manufacturer will contact me and they didn't, but now I have to sit with something that doesn't work, because OneDayOnly doesn't feel like they have to reply anymore either. So I wasted more than R1000 on two stupid stuff that doesn't work. The first one was taken back, but not refunded and the second is just no longer their problem. Horrible Customer Service Team!”
