Knowingly sent the wrong products - they had even been ticked by a checker on the delivery note. Would strongly recommend not using them!

I have been waiting 5 days for my order which should have arrived the following day! I think a new parcel company is required. Accordingly I would not recommend until delivery is addressed.

Dear Osama Abdullah, Thank you for your review. We can see you placed an order with us on January 23rd, 2024, at 0:30am, and we shipped it 7 hours later the same day. Please could you contact us to confirm you have entered the correct address and postal code, because any wrong input could end up with the item being returned to the sender? We have tried to call you and left a message.

I ordered my meds on 1-2 delivery and it took 5 days, I emailed and got no reply and had to go to a pharmacy to get now I have double. I will not use again

One order received fine, one order not received, no confirmation email although money taken. No response to email. Update: I have now had a response to my review, been asked to change my review and sent tracking of the order which did arrive l Still have not received the order in question. Still no email response, item or refund.

However, we can see you placed your order on the 19th on 2nd class royal mail service and it was delivered within 48 hours, All tracking information was provided and a photo of your item was sent to the address you gave us on check-out. Paid for expedited delivery but they didn’t dispatch my item for 6 days. I had to chase them and they said words to the effect of ‘oh we’ll look into it’, ignoring my request for a refund on the shopping charges. I have chased multiple times since but they are just ignoring. Won’t be buying from here again.

Very disappointed with the service, got sent wrong item I requested and paid for, I got an item that I could of bought at local pharmacy and not paid an extortionate price for delivery, total rip off

I ordered Emla 30g but I got Emla 5g. I paid £19.99 Pound for 30g. Therefore I want a Refund. What you did to me is called Stealing. I don't like it so Refund me my Money Bank. Thanks

Promised and paid for next day delivery. Didn't arrive. Emailed Customer Service to obtain postage refund and ignored, called Customer Service and promised call back, ignored again. Avoid this seller, plenty of better choice

Advertised 30 sachets, boxes where only 20 sachets, very confusing, parcel got delivered to wrong address. When I asked for help I was dismissed, bad service, confusing advertising of product, complete rip off

The product advertised was not the product received. I ordered and paid for a brand product but received a generic which is much cheaper. On contacting Pharmacy they were very unhelpful. This is false advertising and I have referred this to trading standards.

Took over a week but paid 48 hour delivery. Had to email twice to chase up where my items were and after 7 days they were “still with prescriber” emails read like a scam, won’t use again.
