When i complained, they refused to accept returns, although it was unopened. At the end of a long description it states only 1 brush iscbeing sold. It was easily missed. Will not recommend seller.”

“I have been ordering from them for while now and had no issues. Until now. I order 4 of the same item and they sent me 3 wrong items and 1 that I thought was correct. I opened the box yesterday and they've sent me the sachets instead of the tube of cream. I have emailed them twice in 4 days with no reply. I've tried calling them but on every option it just refers you back to emailing them. This is ridiculous I cannot get ant response from them not happy.”

“Worst experience ever with a pharmacy. I bought Careway Cream (active ingrediente: diphenhydramine) and received Anthisan Cream (active ingredient: Mepyramine Maleate). I contacted them and was basically told that antiallergic creams are all the same. I asked for a return / reimbursement and they stopped answering me. Their website is online-pharmacy4u.co.uk. I am formalising a complaint with the competent authorities, this is not only a breach of both the UK and the Scottish consumer rights, but a health hazard since changing ingredients without knowing the patient history can potentially cause severe harm.”
