Hi Andrew, The product you ordered was Diprobase Advanced Eczema Cream 500ml and after our conversation, we explained that we had run short of this item and could send you Aproderm in which you were happy to accept and we reimbursed you the difference. No stars.wont wont buying from them again.paid extra postage for 1 /2 days delivery.after 8 telephone calls it arrived a week later.no apologies not even a ring back.

Hello Caroline, We have tried to contact you via phone and have also emailed you requesting further information as the item you have purchased is a prescription item, and from time to time we do require further information to ensure we can prescribe this to you safely. We understand this may cause a delay, but please do respond to us so there is no further delay via email or phone call.

Placed and order .. immediately realised I’d ordered the wrong thing .. only way to contact by email … sent an email straight away saying I’d ordered the wrong thing and need to change or cancel the order ….. the order was sent out anyway and I was told I couldn’t return it as it was on the list of non refundable items. I understand that but tried to cancel as soon as I ordered and before it was sent out! I’m now £200 out of pocket with an order that is no good!!!

Still awaiting delivery - you are very badly let down by the execrable " service " from Royal Mail - vital , I think , that you change to some other agent .

Hi Kenneth, Thank you for your review I can see you placed an order on August 23rd, paid for 2nd class postage, and received your item within 3/4 days, including the weekend as Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays. We apologise but please, if you require your item much faster, may we suggest you use the next day service?

Was advised my order would be delivered next day by paying £4.95. It took 3 days for them to dispatch the order, then it was another day for delivery. I contacted them twice - no acknowledgment or reply in any format 1 week on. I needed the order prior to going away. I was let down. There were plenty of other providers who would have delivered within the same timescale for FREE. Do not believe the pop-ups about ‘qualify for next day delivery’ or their 24/48 delivery service, and do not place any faith in customer service, because I received none at all. Will not use Pharmacy 4U ever again.

Paid next day delivery; took four days and wasn’t what was ordered. Told I’d be refunded half cost of postage, this hasn’t happened. Product that was sent was half the price of the one ordered. Total con.

Very overpriced compared to other online retailers selling the same stock. Make sure you read the small print when you order, they may substitute items without telling you in email confirmations and then won't take returns.

Not good I’m afraid. Took around 8 weeks after payment was taken for my order to arrive. I was never contacted about it, so chased it numerous times myself. Each time being told to allow a while longer and that my order wasn’t in stock. The last time I rang approx a week ago the person I spoke to said there was loads in stock they had mine and didn’t understand why I had been told otherwise. So not the best experience I’m afraid.

They send the wrong order then expect you to send it back and pay postage asked how to return email ignored asked to send correct order or refund my money they replied they are still waiting for me to return customer service is a joke i have given up hope of getting my correct order or a refund and will donate the unwanted Glycerin to a care home Dont waste your time and money plenty of other on line pharmacies

Our vet gave us a prescription for our horse, but it was human drugs so couldn't order on line. I rang the order in and emailed the prescription as requested. Then the same night (Monday) I got an email from the prescriber asking how old I was and had I had the medicine before! I emailed back saying it was for our horse and that I had sent in the prescription. Then I heard nothing, so on the wednesday I rang in and was told to email the prescription to the prescriber " They're prescribing now". The website says despatched in 48 hrs, I received a week and 2 days later. Communication is terrible and automated.

Supplied goods with 8 days remaining on use by date which is unreasonable. Complained but dismissed, not willing to offer any refund or reimbursement. Really unhelpful, and left feeling scammed. Won’t be using again.

I can see the item you ordered has a manufactured date & expiration date and a use-by date. as you are looking as the manufactured date as its mm/yy format and your looking at the wrong date please contact us so we can clear any confusion for you

Placed an order over a week ago still not received the private prescription and have yet to have a refund even though i have contacted them on several occassions, cannot afford to loose the £180 and will be happy to take it further if the refund isn't arranged.
