Procrastination and lies ensued, and only after I ultimately cancelled my order did they finally dispatch (arrival of medicine 9 May). I accepted the order as I cannot face the inevitable aggravation if I returned it! Shortly after this deal went belly up I simultaneously ordered from several other pharmacies hoping that one would be efficient. One was. It is hard to imagine a worse supplier than this operation!”

“I've recently ordered four E45 itch relief creams aiming to get it delivered before my holiday, it didn't arrive before l go away when l came back which was 3 weeks holiday the cream still haven't arrive. I email to enquire about my order, and was told delivery is on its way. I received the creams 3 days later just to find there was two itch relief and two Normal E 45.
Again l email the company and was told they scan the wrong bar codes and it was their mistake and ask if l could return the cream to them. I accept and ask that I get a return label sent to me. The parcel however was not accepted by Royal mail because the codes can't be scans, Pharmacy 4U then asked l return it at a depot, they also didn't accepted it. I was also refused a refund of the difference in the prices of the creams.
I run my own business so to have this inconvenience was rather frustrating.”
