“My order arrived smashed, I replied and sent an email back saying that I wondered whether they could resolve the problem either with a refund or another shipment. They replied saying that this was entirely my fault and that they would not accept responsibility. This is extremely poor service and completely unacceptable .As a matter of emergency I had had to quickly source my product from elsewhere, then proceeded to respond in hope of further action unfortunately no action was taken. I will not recommend this company!”

“Product was leaking when I received it. I have asked to return it and a refund as I'm entitled to by law. Your member of staff said I’m not intiteld to a refund as it was impossible for the product to leak and implied that I had damaged it on purpose. The general pharmaceutical council are now dealing with my complaint.”

“Paid for 1-2 day delivery for my son’s formula as he suffers from CMPA, it’s been a week and I still haven’t received my package. Contacted pharmacy4u via email and they told me they chased it up with Royal Mail and it would be with me on the 5th, it’s now the 8th and still nothing. I’m lucky I received my son’s prescription of it as I purchased this as a last resort as boots are useless at ordering his formula in on time when I put the prescription through, and 111 couldn’t help with an emergency prescription, I was depending on this to arrive otherwise I would’ve had no formula for my 4 month old son, it’s appalling especially when it tells you if you order within a certain amount of time you get NEXT DAY DELIVERY, I’ve asked for at least a refund on my delivery fee but after still not hearing back I feel I deserve more, the panic and stress I’ve had all week making sure my son doesn’t starve because everyone I’ve turned to has failed to help us, I would’ve had to resort to giving him a formula full of lactose which would’ve ended up in a hospital trip. Appalling.”
