Promised and paid for next day delivery. Didn't arrive. Emailed Customer Service to obtain postage refund and ignored, called Customer Service and promised call back, ignored again. Avoid this seller, plenty of better choice

Advertised 30 sachets, boxes where only 20 sachets, very confusing, parcel got delivered to wrong address. When I asked for help I was dismissed, bad service, confusing advertising of product, complete rip off

The product advertised was not the product received. I ordered and paid for a brand product but received a generic which is much cheaper. On contacting Pharmacy they were very unhelpful. This is false advertising and I have referred this to trading standards.

We are sorry to hear this, as the prescription product you purchased was exactly what you added to the basket on check-out based on the product description and image clearly indicating the full description. We do have many branded items, as well as a wide range of other items. If you wish to take a look at the product range within that category, we are sure to have the item you may have been trying to find.

Ordered 3 items, on the day of shipping 2 items which were shown as in stock were not sent due to being out of stock! No attempt to contact me to advise. Very poor service

Took over a week but paid 48 hour delivery. Had to email twice to chase up where my items were and after 7 days they were “still with prescriber” emails read like a scam, won’t use again.

Paid for 24/48 hour delivery. After 96 hours got message telling me delivery was going to be another 76 hours

Paid for next day delivery it took almost 2 weeks and received only one item instead of two items i ordered. When i emailed Pharmacy 4u, they asked for a picture of the sealed parcel. i didn't send a picture because i had not taken one after opening as I thought there would be 2 items, and I had already thrown away the packaging.

Hi Julliet, We are sorry to hear that Royal Mail did not deliver this on time. I can see it did not get a scan at the depot and was lost within the nextwork, however we did re-ship this out immediatelty as soon as we were notified it was lost. we have fully refunded you for postage fees. We do aplogise once again for the delay.

Not happy with my order at all. I order 2 item and u send 1 item out and refund me for the other one. U sud of offered me the option and you never! It work out I pay just under £10 for 1 item and I wudnt of order and wud of cancel my order if that was the case! I send number of emails and had no reply!

I ordered my product over a week ago and it still has not been delivered, when I review tracking it confirms it has been despatched but gives no update. This is very frustrating.

Hi V Phipps, I can see you placed an order with us on the 2nd November which was delivered a few days later. We can also see yoou signed for and we did check the tracking GPS and its shows up to the correct address you gave on check-out. Have you asked another family member within your home if they had taken the delivery for you? Please feel free to call us for further information.

I paid for 1-2 day delivery and received my goods after 10 days with no acknowledgement ref the delay in despatching. I won’t be using again

Paid extra for 24 hour delivery - product not shipped for 4 days and then sent 48 hour delivery. Item did not arrive in time for my holiday. Emailed customer services to understand the delay but they never responded. Lots of plastic used in packaging. Please consider more sustainable alternatives. I won’t use this company again.

Order came quick but ubfortunatley the product was not up to standard it had dried out so was impossible to use so unfortunatley i can not write a good review which is a shame very dissapointed☹

When I ordered it said it would be with me on 2 days. Over a week later and I still haven’t received my order. Very poor service and I certainly will not be a returning customer.
