“Not good I’m afraid. Took around 8 weeks after payment was taken for my order to arrive. I was never contacted about it, so chased it numerous times myself. Each time being told to allow a while longer and that my order wasn’t in stock. The last time I rang approx a week ago the person I spoke to said there was loads in stock they had mine and didn’t understand why I had been told otherwise. So not the best experience I’m afraid.”

“Our vet gave us a prescription for our horse, but it was human drugs so couldn't order on line. I rang the order in and emailed the prescription as requested. Then the same night (Monday) I got an email from the prescriber asking how old I was and had I had the medicine before! I emailed back saying it was for our horse and that I had sent in the prescription. Then I heard nothing, so on the wednesday I rang in and was told to email the prescription to the prescriber " They're prescribing now". The website says despatched in 48 hrs, I received a week and 2 days later. Communication is terrible and automated.”

“Absolutely awful service, don't waste your time with this website. I ordered baby formula, received completely different product. Contacted customer service they blamed it on new software error asked me to return the items to get a refund. Provided return label that was only suitable to be scanned within post depot, completely ignored my emails after. Never acknowledged that they received items back nor processed refund. I recently placed an order for six boxes of Aspirin 75mg, with the intention of stocking up for my trip abroad. Unfortunately, my experience with your company has been highly disappointing.
To make matters worse, attempting to reach out to your customer service department has been a frustrating experience. I tried contacting your helpline multiple times, only to face long wait times, unhelpful representatives, and a lack of any real resolution to my concerns.
In addition, I sent multiple emails expressing my disappointment and requesting assistance with the issue, but sadly, I received no reply whatsoever. The lack of responsiveness from your customer service team is deeply concerning and makes me question the reliability and trustworthiness of your company.
As a long-time customer, I expected better from your brand, especially considering the high regard I held for your products and services in the past. This experience has left me feeling utterly let down and dissatisfied.

I have not received this item - which I accept is the fault of Royal Mail - but the only way for this to be investigated is for the Company who organised and paid for the delivery to follow it up. “Took a few months to get my prescription! Initially I was unaware that my doctors had sent the prescription to online pharmacy, who did not bother to contact me to ask for payment. This resulted in confusion about the whereabouts of my prescription.

“I ordered an item needed before going on holiday so paid extra for a delivery within 48 hours. Quite clearly they did not have it in stock but failed to tell me this. The product did not arrive until more than a week later and was then incorrect. So I have paid extra for a product that I cannot use. I contacted the company on 9th June using the online email facility and asking either for reimbursement or the correct item. They have not replied. I will not be using them again”
