The delivery is very poor. I was told two weeks ago that the medication was out for delivery.I have still not received it. I is promised within 1/3 working days same as two weeks ago. I don't know what that means. I would never recommend you to anyone else

Would not use this company again. The customer service is very bad, my delivery did not turn up in the expected time and two emails did not elicit a reply and no one was answering their phone

If you look at the item you purchased on this link, it clearly states, "Brand may vary due to market shortages." https://online-pharmacy4u.co.uk/products/optrex-infected-eye-drops-0-5 Unfortunately, this is common in the pharmaceutical sector due to manufacturers not being able to produce the medications, so we have to source different brands at a much higher premium rate in today's market. I ordered eye ointment the brand that I only use, I specifically ordered it but they delivered a replacement. I ordered it because they said on their website that it’s on stock but they sent me other brand instead.very disappointed and they don’t accept the return and they don’t want to pay my money back.

If you read the description when you placed the order, it clearly stated in bold that ‘’due to market shortages, the brand may vary’’ before you ordered this. Please note that the item you receive costs a lot more than the Optrex brand, and prices have also gone up by 133% recently. The item you received costs more than you have actually paid. Iv ordered the medicine and it says deliver 1-2 working days. After 1 week, I still did not receive the product!! I sent email to consumer service , no reply! No refund !

Order I received was not the one I ordered and wasn't even offered a part refund and I paid for 24hour tracking and turned up a week later so from start to finish very poor

I ordered a premium brand conjunctivitis eye drop (Optrex) medication and was charged a premium price for it. Unfortunately, I was sent a cheaper non branded item with no warning. I believe they false advertise branded items and send cheaper generic ones. I will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered a brand optrex and pajid over the odds to find I’d been sent a very cheap non branded product with no explanation or apology. Surely with consumer rights they can not do this !!??

Hi Pamela, Thank you for your review. If the order is placed after 3pm then it will not go out the same day as our cut off time is 3pm for order to be dispatched. Also if an order is placed on a weekend this can also delay things such as this weekend as its a bank holiday weekend. We apologise for your delay in receiving your order

I am disappointed as I payed extra to get the item quicker but the item not arrived. Not sure where the problem lies? May be the Royal Mail.

Failed to deliver the order in full and did not rectify the situation - trying instead to charge for the undelivered items - Clearly a breach of contract and this matter shall be reported to trading standards The order was placed legitimately - the checkout basket contained two items and the purchase price for this bundle - only one item was delivered - no communication either after purchase or during the delivery period. NOT AN HONEST COMPANY!
