Due to major market shortages, your item was out of stock at the time of dispensing, so rather than making you wait 2-3 extra days, we refunded you and emailed you. Hi thank you for your reply Tim, after checking your order we can see you placed your order on the 31st December during the Royal Mail strikes however your item was delivered 4 days after your ordered: your item was Delivered at 12:02, Wednesday 04 January 2023 signed for we have emailed you all the tracking and gps details. I can see you item was shipped same day and is still with Royal Mail according to the tracking information, due to the National strikes Royal Mail had on at the the time of your order we can see its been scanned but still at their depot, we will get this resolved immediately. Your item was a prescription item, which needed to be prescribed specifically to you based on your symtoms and once prescribed we are not allow to have the item returned in line with GPhC guidelines this is standard procedure. At the time of your order there were industrial nationwide strike on with Royal Mail however with this being said you item was still delivered within 4/5 days.
