Thank you for your review. The reason for the delay was due to the incorrect address you had supplied to us, resulting in returning to the sender. We will leave you a voice message, but you did not contact us. Please could you contact us to clear any confusion?
“In stock when ordered, still waited over 10th for delivery. Asked x2 if they could send substitute advised NO twice was allergic to it. Eventual delivery was the substitute and said we had advised they could send substitute - err no we didn’t. Returns label wouldn’t scan at 3 PO’s including main sorting office and none would accept the parcel, no option but to pay postage now they say they won’t refund. (No answer on phone - full inbox) Won’t hold my breath on a quick refund either. Quick email response though”

Thank you for your review. However, as this was a business-to-business transaction, we cannot be held responsible for the 3rd party shipping or courier company that you had arranged to collect the goods from our premises, due to the heavy weight and size of the order.
We securely packaged everything professionally and emailed you the images, and confirmed the departure of goods, as your shipping / courier company had also checked the goods before they left our premises.
Goods in transit are the responsibility of the company you had sent to collect the goods; clearly; they are at fault. If we had shipped the items, then it would be our responsibility, not yours, for any damages or losses.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused to you by the company you chose to collect the goods on your companys behalf.

“I have ordered from this website Aptamil Pepti which has arrived almost in two weeks time where when the order was placed I have been informed that the order will arrive between 3-5 working days. Very disappointed as I have emailed and asked for updates and no reply so far! At the same time , ridiculously, after two weeks the order arrived and guess what , I received Aptamil Pepti 2! If I wouldn’t ordered with a different pharmacy I would have not had the right formula for my baby to feed on time !

“In their wisdom they decided to hang on to my order without telling me they had a query with address because it had no door number. Very odd as many UK addresses do not have door numbers. They did contact me, it was only when I called to chase my order that I was told. It took nearly 2 weeks for my order to turn up. Absolutely unacceptable and no whiff of an apology for wasting my time but waiting for order and having to make a phone call. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND”

“I use private services. I am on Metformin for few years. I paid £84.49 for four boxes as I am going away. I was waiting one week for the order. I have not received any emails. Once I contacted them they emailed me saying my order was rejected. They issued refund £79.49 as they charge £5 for rejections on their behalf. Nice way of making goooood money!!!!!!!!
Also they checked GP's records called Summary Care Records without my permission.”
