“Ordered 2 items. After one week received only one item. At no time from when I ordered was I told that one of the items was out of stock and the website took my order and payment. It wasn't until the package was received that showed only one item was being sent. This is a 'Pharmacy' website, and luckily the items ordered was not medication, but if it were and urgently needed, to find out a week later that item not sent is bad. PLUS I WAS CHARGED CARRIAGE ALTHOUGH THE ORDER WAS CARRIAGE PAID AND NOT HAD A REFUND FOR THE CARRIAGE CHARGE.

Thank you for your review. We can see that you only paid for Royal Mail tracked 48, which is a 3-5 working days service. We always suggest that urgent items use the Royal Mail tracked 24 service, which is a much quicker service..

“Worst online experience, order placed 17 Oct, still dont have the item I paid for. Received the incorrect item, said it was due to a barcode error and i must return the incorrect item before they send me what I ordered. Very poor customer service for a critical service provider!! after several emails Pharmacy4U emailed a postage label however, the Post Office said it cannot be used, I am no further afield.
My first and only time of using Pharmacy4U, never again! I wonder if this sort of issue formed part of their audit.”
“Purchased deep relief gel in the white box that was advertised. They sent me the dr gel in the blue box which isn't for arthritis pain. When I sent them an email, they said it's the same one but in different packaging. It isn't. There are two different types. Really not happy. Don't advertise it then send me a different variant! Won't use them again. They didn't even bother replying to my second email!!!”
