“Not a good start, thought I'd booked the hotel, flights and transfer, when I rang them to find out why they had not confirmed, I was told that that the price was for the hotel only so suggested I go through sales, but put on hold for over an hour,!
I cancelled the holiday and am now awaiting my deposit”

“No rep.at the airport receieve us. No transfer vouchers. Had to pay taxi.no rep at the hotel come see us not very happy with service. Even at the airport we had to pay extra 60 pound because we were 5 kegs over. Had a bad start to our holyday.”
Hi Khimji, I'm sorry you feel this way and hope you contacted our in-resort team to discuss this further? I cannot see that you had transfers booked with us so I hope this was resolved with the provider.
