“Got charged 172 dollars to have them tell me I need a new battery like I told them I needed but cost me that just to have them tell me what I told them will not be back will not recommend”

“"Happy Car. Happy Life" - that's OOROO motto. Recently I had to take my car for some repair. They diagnosed my car, patiently explined to me what's was wrong, answered all my questions, ordered part and repaired it on the same day. It was very positive expirience. And now my car is happy! Thank you!”

“George came out for a mobile service on my dad's SUV and did a fantastic job. He was quick, super professional and very friendly. My 110lb lab, Duke, ran out (on accident) to meet him and gives George a 5 star review! :)”

“Drove in from Santa Fe for a long weekend. The car started making noise in the rear axle area and the fuel efficiency was poor. Even though they were booked for two weeks, Ooroo took my car in immediately so I won't have to drive back 550 mi in an unsafe car a few days later. The noise was from a bad wheel bearing which they replaced that day. I offered a tip after the repair for taking me in when they were so busy and they declined. First class outfit and I greatly appreciate that they got me out of jam. Thanks Ooroo!”
