“When Rodney does my oil change, I have complete confidence that everything was done with care and utmost precision. Ooroo Green Valley is a happy place of business. Staff seem to like each other and take pride in their work. They explain things to customers in a manner that even the mechanically challenged can understand.”

“Thank goodness for OOROO!!! Over the years they’ve been absolutely terrific in working through some very difficult situations with my car (thanks Janelle!!). Then, the icing on the cake is George with their mobile service!! He is so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, respectful, all things good—my thanks to you too George!! “George is great! He always listens and is honest about everything. We just got my daughter her first car and he took the time to listen about possible concerns and addressed everything and then some. I feel confident in my daughter driving her car all because of George . Thank you, George !!”

“I have NEVER been happier with an auto service company! So far I have been not been treated like a dizzy girl. Come on ladies, you know what I mean. We know we don't need blinker fluid, okay?! Lol. Ooroo is more affordable than the drive ot auto shop. They always call, before completing any work on the vehicle. They show me what's wrong and explain why it needs to replaced or how long I can go before getting it fixed. The customer service is great! I just can't say enough nice things about Ooroo! I refer whomever I can, whenever I can.”

“Able to service car within 2 days of calling them. The problem was the AC blower and with triple-digit heat a very much-needed feature in my car. Shuttle service provided to allow me to go home and not have to sit there all day. Service completed same day, kept up to date as problem was diagnosed and fixed. Will certainly be back for future service needs.”
