“Oil change went smoothly. I would only request that the employee ask the owner of the vehicle permission to place a magnetic advertising sticker on the rear of the vehicle. I would not have given permission as I don't put stickers on my car.”

Glad you enjoyed the service, Joe! We're sorry for any inconvenience regarding our OOROO magnet––we run a monthly drawing where people can enter by submitting photos of cars they spot around town sporting the magnet. We did design them specifically as magnets so that they can be easily removed in the case you don't want to leave it on your vehicle.

“My first time using this company for service. I was pleased with the interraction with the Team on site. I liked being able to take my car to a real repair station as opposed to a "hybrid" type of operation. They communicated well with me on issues discovered and I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of in any way. For my first interraction, I was very happy.”

“First time at OOROO. Was expecting them to find dozens of problems with my 15-year-old car, especially since my "check engine" light was on. Also expected them to recognize an old, single, clueless lady and fabricate and upcharge me to the hilt! When they called to tell me it was done, I was stunned, thrilled, and utterly speechless. I feel like I have found the very last honest car repair shop in the world! They couldn't have been nicer guys, made me feel very comfortable and the bill was shockingly low. THANKS”

“I had my battery replaced twice in a span of 6 months and again my car wouldn't start. With that happening, I thought I needed a new alternator. Chase from OOROO came to the house, jump started my car and drove it to the repair. Grandma calls that "SERVICE"! He called me and informed me the alternator was fine, but after recharging the battery to 100% the battery was only functioning at 3%. The battery was 2 months old and had been replaced after the first one lasted 5 months. Chase informs me about 2 problems, that sometime in the near future, would need to be taken care of. One immediately and one when I could take care of it. I needed my front brakes done. This had been brought to my attention before (by the dealership) during an oil change. So, yes, I was aware that it needed to be done, but I'm a senior on a very tight budget so it was put off. Being a budget minded old woman, I inquired about the total of the bill. It was $0. I was shocked. The honesty allowed me to proceed with another much-needed repair. My car was returned by the end of the day (6 hrs. total), and I was educated with all the information from the test results so I could turn the company that sold me 2 bad batteries in 6 months into a sacrificial lamb. Don't rip off old people. We get really nasty. So, I call up the people that sold and replaced 2 bad batteries in 6 months and when he arrives, he admits it's a bad battery. As far as pricing, I'm stuck in perpetual sticker shock so I may not be the right person to ask. They did beat the dealerships pricing (I checked) and had the best coupon. Having someone you can trust to help you maintain your car, priceless.”

When you brought your vehicle in, there was a code in the system so we performed a diagnostic, found that you needed a new gas cap and replaced it, and rechecked your system to confirm the issue was resolved.

I can see why soooo MANY of us have switched from Jim Click/GV (rushed, lackadasical custiomer service) to OOROO! No hesitation here (ask so many others too) to highly recommend this repair facility.”
