“Timing Belt Replacement horror!! This place was about $250 less than Green Valley close by competitors. Never going back!! You get what you pay for! They promised me same day service if I brought it in first thing 7:30AM. Got a call at 3PM they needed the car overnight as the tech got way behind. Picked up the car next day and the power steering was screaming. They did NOT bleed the air from the system. After I took it home, LOADS of air bubbles in the power steering reservoir. Means air was introduced in the system during the initial repair. FACT! Took it back and the store manager John was rude, condescending, and treated me like this was MY problem. And insinuated I needed a new power steering pump. NO!!! WRONG! Never had an issue till I got the car back. What happened was the tech got way behind, so next day he slammed the car out the door without a test drive. Mileage in/out proves no drive was done. A test drive would have revealed the power steering system needed the air bled. They cut my serpentine belt to speed up the repair. Then told me they provided a free new belt like they were doing me a favor. SO typical car repair BS talk. After all this, took it home after a 20 mile freeway drive to ensure all OK. NOPE!!! The power steering reservoir was WAY overfilled!!! And I had fluid all over my power steering reservoir tank on to the garage floor! Car has 185K, NEVER any leaks!! I was a professional fleet mechanic years back, I KNOW what I am talking about. THEY screwed up TWICE!”

“Great experience with Ooroo. Chase was a huge help from the start and worked with us to find a solution for our money pit Jeep that wouldn’t pass emissions. Great communication from all involved at Ooroo and they didn’t try to upsell anything.”

“George arrived right on time as scheduled. He checked my car battery and determined that in fact it was "dead". Out with the old battery and in with the new! George took my payment and it was 20 minutes from start to finish. He was so friendly and I felt very confident in his abilities throughout the entire process. Kudos also to Frank, the scheduler, everything was perfect!!! Have shared my experience to a lot of my coworkers!”

“Used mobile oil change service and was pleased, once again, with timeliness, professionalism, and overall general friendliness. Additional checks were made for filters and was advised as to tread wear on tires. George was thorough, friendly, and professional. I'm happy with the service provided by OOROO, delivered in a friendly fashion...always.”

“Ooroo did a mobile oil change for me today, at my home. So convenient and great time saver. Frank the mobile manager got me scheduled right away and kept me informed about appt time. Andre the mobile tech was friendly and efficient, oil change, top off fluids, aired my tires. Thanks Ooroo!”

“It used to feel like your small town repair shop. They are still friendly and do quality work most of the time. But the wait times are terrible. 1day to find problem. 1day to order part. 1 day to install part. For prompt work now I go elsewhere.”
