“The frames are okay quality. Seems like quality control is not a priority as 2/3 of my frames were defective. However, the team resolved the issue so I have no issues there. I just ordered another three frames so hopefully they are all in good shape!”

“Frames and pictures are great, Frames even comes with "passe partout" which is a bonus. The only drawback when you want to make a gallery of frames is that there's no easy way to precisely position the frames and hangs them as the hook on the back is located at random position. Hours of pleasure and calculation to precisely adjust the frames prior to nailing them on a wall! A good suggestions would be to include (3M) sticky bands for frames for example, for an easy positioning.”

“Fast delivery (ordered on Sunday, delivered on Tuesday!), the frames are exactly what we were expecting. The only drawback on black wooden frames is that the color fades easily on the wall when you position the frame which made us doubt about the quality of the product... Also you have to be super careful when you hang it or you will end up with a white wall with black marks everywhere (like us!).”

“I really like the frames, but they have plastic instead of glass, which is not a problem if the plastic is a thick plastic but the one that comes with the frames is extremely thin and reflects a lot.”

We are happy to hear your are pleased with the frames. Unfortunately, they are plexiglass instead of glass for better transportation. You can always get in touch with us if you wish to receive a replacement. We have found out that if you only remove one side of the plastic film, there is less reflection.

“Quick shipment and I love how it look. However, they don’t come with consistent quality. I ordered two same frames. One was perfect and the other was not; I won’t get it if I could chose at the store. The edge has a big sprit almost like a needle. Frame was covered with black sand-ish thing, it’s probably from spray for the frame. Inside of frame was not coloured as perfectly. In the end, all these things cannot be noticeable, I don’t want to deal with all return & exchange process, so I decided to keep it.”

“These frames are beautiful and good quality. They shipped extremely fast and were well packaged. Even the protective film over the glass was a great touch for shipping. The black wood seems to keep shedding onto the custom mats I have. The frames were a bit pricey. But overall I love them and would recommend!!”

“Delivery was fast, frame was affordable, lightweight and easy to hang. However the bottom of the frame was warped/bent so on the wall it looks as though the picture in the frame is not level. Opposite wall reached out and sent me a new frame. Overall a good experience!”
