“I have been treated very well by all staff from the very first consultation that was booked, all throughout the treatment on treatment day and this has continued in the aftercare appointments. The experience has been excellent.”

“The surgery was straightforward and the recovery has been without issue. Some dryness of the eyes but nothing significant. Getting used to using glasses for 'near vision' has taken a while and I have experienced some eye strain and headaches as a result however this seems to have improved over time. My only crtitism would be the lack of pre op information I received.”

“A different experienced waking up to no glasses or contact lenses, feel a bit weird still not sinking into me how was my treatment done, I really would like to see the treatment done on video same as mine to satisfy me, images can be different then words to be satisfied.”

“I had Laser eye surgery undertaken at the Meadowhall branch after having my consultaion at the Leeds Branch. I must let everybody know how delighted I am after & during the surgery, from the 1st steps of the consultation to the surgery everyone was very professional & very informative. It's without doubt the best decision Ive made, the after care was great too, surplying the eyes drops required & extra drops as I was going away to Egypt so to keep the eyes moist. Thank you to all the staff at the leeds Branch & the surgeons at the Meadowhall who made it a great success, I will recomend it to all my friends & anybody who may have a few doubts.”

“After I'd had the surgery I had some pain and vision was limited for about 2 weeks. Light was a problem for me. After good aftercare the pain subsided and I started to see better daily. I'm a Teacher and need my eyes for everything in work. I now have the best vision I have ever had. Photography Football Bird Watching are all so much easier and enjoyable I wish I'd done this 30 years ago. The pain and discomfort had faded to a distant memory, the joy of seeing the world anew is priceless.”

“The night before the surgery I was very apprehensive, but on the day of surgery this was soon calmed down upon meeting my surgeon and his team, they relaxed me and talked me through the entire procedure. During the surgery I felt no pain and was very pleased with the way that went. The aftercare provided by Optical Express has been great and anything I have asked for has never been a problem, a truely great experinence. Thank you”

“Well worth the discomfort of the first 3 days post op (LASEK). Although my right eye seemed to lag behing my left in terms of recovery, 2 weeks later I have better than 20-20 in both eyes and it is set to improve, apparently. Although I find reading from a computer screen slightly "milky" still, it is now improving every day. Thanks a lot Optical Express, I am a very happy customer.and after 30 years of wearing contact lenses, I am enjoying the visual freedom very much.”
