“cannot fault care before, during and after surgery. the staff put me at ease every step of the way. the operation itself was far less scary than i thought it would be. only fault i can find was discomfort after the operation. the 24hr post op check was very much appreciated as it reassured me that the discomfort didnt mean anything was wrong. would have liked bandage lenses out sooner, but had to wait an extra day due to store opening times.”

“i was very nervous on the day but was very surprised at how quick and painless the actual procedure was. My eyes were very sore after about an hour and ran continuously . next day they were dry rather than sore but could already tell that my vision had improved”

“The surgery itself was much more comfortable than I initially expected. The care pre and post operative was good and my near sight vision is great as I no longer have to depend on glasses which is great. It's still early days and I am looking forward to improved distance vision and less glare once the lens' settle down.”

“Procedure was very quick and vision improved instantly. As my prescription was so bad before, it is a real breathe of fresh air to be free from constant use of contact lenses and glasses. I am now able to play all the sports I wish without worrying about a contact lens falling out!”

“Initial visit was somewhat negative, waited in store a very long time beyond the booked appointment time and was not informed of the reason for the delay. Consent visit at Harley Street was positive and the staff very helpful. Surgery experience in London was good, staff were excellent - thorough, informative and attentive throughout the procedure in each case. Follow-up appointments have been generally good, although, as per the initial visit, have generally involved waiting beyond the booked appointment time. The optometrists have been informative and reassuring. I would comment that the biggest concern has been not knowing what symptoms are 'normal' at a given stage, over and above halos and ghosting - it would have been good to have had access to more information on this.”

“I had laser eye surgery a month ago today and it is great not having to rely on glasses and contact lenses any more. Since the moment I had it done I have not had to wear glasses at all and had better than 20/20 vision less than 24 hours after the surgery. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend it to others.”

“after not being able to see distance has greatly helped me. as far as riding my motor bike seeing clearly at distance is a must. very peased with having surgery should have done it sooner”

“I was shocked by how quickly I could be treated following my initial consultation but that was great for me as between netball seasons and meant I wouldn't have to miss any games. The surgery itself was very strange and post op I was probably in a little more discomfort than friends who had been treated said they were. But within 10 hours my eyes felt fine and my vision had improved immediately. Excellent results!”

“Would highly recommend anyone to look into this and it has made such simple things in life easier to do and see. I can now see the alarm clock when i wake up, people take it for granted being able to see without glasses and i am 1 month on and still saying wow i can see that!!!!”

“The surgery experience was great - staff explained everything and it was pain free and easy. I had quite a lot of discomfort for about 4 hours afterwards and then no problems. I do have some problems now with fluctuating clarity of vision and particualrly with glare/halos. However , the optometrist continues to answer all my queries and put my mind at rest.”

“As I stated previously I was and still am delighted with the standard of my vision even 3 months after treatment. It was worth all the trouble going through the op for one evening just to see the amazing results that I have had. I have even had people asking me now about laser surgery too and I would highly recommend it.”

“From start to finish I have been looked after fantastically! When I was nervous in the clinic everyone put my mind at ease, such an amazing experience and one I will remember forever! The after care has been top with all of my questioned answered and even when I have a freak out with the pressure system no one laughed, was very professional - can't thank you enough!”
