“Surgey went very well and very happy with the customer service, every staff member is very polite and helpful. I've had blured vision cause by slight dryness but have been issued with drops and expect to have better vision in the up and coming weeks.”

“EVEN THOUGH HAD A COUPLE OF MINOR COMPLICATIONS OF NOT LIKING THINGS NEAR MY EYES, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE SURGERY BECAUSE IT HELPS ME WITH MY JOB MAKING IT EASIER TO DO WORK. EASIER WORK AS I USED TO WEAR OVER PROTECTIVE GLASSES WHILST WORKING, NOW I AM NORMAL.”

“After deciding to have laser eye surgery the results have been better than I expected and the recovery time was very quick and the staff at optical express have been very helpful and would definitely recommend to anyone else to have it done.”

“I had LASEK and even though it is a longre healing process, 3 months down h line it's like seeing in HD - amazing. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone 100%.”

“I am very happy with the level of service and care received before, during and after my laser eye surgery. I have had no problems with my vision at all since the surgery and the staff at Optical Express have been more than helpful, and I have not been waiting long to be seen when arriving for my appointments. I would definitely recommend laser eye surgery with Optical Express.”

“From start to finish my whole experience has been excellent with Optical Express, any questions and worries I had before were answered fully and I had complete confidence in their work. Since the treatment it has been like a new life for me, no more contacts going blurring in the evening and I also get extra time in bed in the mornings! Overall I would recommend surgery to anyone who asked and would always recommend Optical Express as the people to go see.”

“Even though I didnt have massive eyesight problems just the felling of noticing textures like bricks on buldings or borders of tree leafes make me happy. "I was having lunch with my husband a couple of days after surgery and was mesmerized by a tree and a building opposite to me, my husband was laughing as he has never had eyesight problems so he was very surprised that I never noticed the textures before"”

“The first two days after my surgery were uncomfortable and it took a few weeks for my vision to settle. It's now as good as with my glasses, without the inconvenience.”

“The first few days after the procedure were more painful than I expected. I couldn't open my eyes much at all for two days and after that I continued to have severe dryness and pain. After a week I became more confortable and my vision finally started to improve slowly. It is now one month after the procedure and I am very happy with my vision but still have dryness and a lot of pain in the morning. I have been pleased with the service offered by Optical Express. The Optomitrists are very professional and considerate. They gave me many different types of drops to help cure the dryness. My one complaint about the service is that the receptionists were unprofessional on two of my visits. Overall, I'm thrilled to be rid of contacts and glasses!”

“took a couple of weeks to adjust to. Feels fantastic waking up and not having to look for my glasses or having to put my contact lenses in to go out. now its just get up and go!!”
