“It has been a life changing experience. I have been reassured throughout by more than compatent staff who are always able to answer any questions.I have been able to change appointments at last minute, as well as be able to make an appointment at the last minute. Optical express have been very flexible which has improved the overall experience. Thank you Optical Express!”

“Thank God for having my eyes done made me see things a lot much better from a distance than it used to be. I am not worried anymore of wearing my glasses just to define things more clearly. It has really improved my life better.”

“I was naturally apprehensive about surgery on my eyes but any worries were dissipated by the assurances given by staff, who were very serious and straightforward about the treatment. No false promises were made. The surgery itself was painless and quick. Some discomfort for the first day but immediate clarity of eyesight and after that nothing but gradual improvement.”

“Have been thinking of this treatment for several years and finally decided to go for it. And the only thing I regret that I did not do it sooner. The staff is friendlt and professional. Would definitely recommend to everyone who is still thinking of improving their eye-sight!”

“Having surgery is the best thing i have done for myself in a long time, your company made every part of the experience enjoyable and relaxing from initial consultation to aftercare, absolutely amazing. I was in a lot of pain for around 5 hours after the treatment but would go through it again for that result, easy to forget once you see the results, literally! A massive thanks to everyone in your company, managing a retail department myself i would employ any of your staff in a heartbeat they really are a credit to you.”

“I can't believe the difference having laser eye surgery has made. I had looked into it a few years ago but 'bottled out', however, I decided to get my eyes lasered when I thought I spotted a heron at a nature reserve (with glasses) and my husband who doesn't wear glasses informed me that 'that heron' was a plastic bag! This started me thinking that I really needed to sort out my eyes and so it took me about a year to get my head around it, but the information that Optical Express had on the internet and the professionalism of the staff gave me the confidence I needed.”

“Laser eye surgery with Optical Express is the Bees Knees..... My eye sight has been corrected from always needing glasses to now none at all. The procedure was painless and quick. The only glitch was that one eye needed a further 'top up' treatment but this hasn't detracted from the experience or result. The staff have always been helpful and considerate. I would and have recommended this to other people”

“I hated wearing glasses and could not wear contact lenses for longer than 3 hours without discomfort. Laser surgery has changed my life and I am so grateful. It is amazing to wake up in the morning and see clearly or look at the bed side clock and see the time without having to lean closer or reach for my glasses. My right eye has not healed as quickly as my left eye but after todays appointment I feel confident that all will be well and I will not need reenhancement surgery. Many thanks to you all.”

“from my first enquiry thru to the surgery and aftercare, my care at optical express has been brilliant, they have answered all my questions honestly, so at no point was i not prepared for anything being done to my eyes. i would definately reccommend laser treatment to anyone,”

“'I can see' are the first words that come to mind. The freedom this has given me is hard to explain, I can play football and tennis without the worry of my contact lenses falling out. I still go home at night and want to take my lenses out, only to remember that 'i can see.' If you can do this surgery, do it. It will change your life.”
