“The consultation process and tests were extremely well organised, staff welcoming and re-assuring. Very informative about the procedure and explained all the different processes indepthly. The day of the surgery, all staff were great, friendly professional, reassuring and made me feel comfortable throughout. The follow-up appointments, have been excellent, again all staff professional, friendly and extremely thorough throughout the check up process.”

“Amazing service, thorough checks, wonderful staff. Well worth it. For 5 mins of a challenging experience in the actual procedure, (although the staff in the theatre were excellent) the fantastic lifetime outcome is well worth it.”

“I am very pleased with the laser surgery, i must admit i was very nervous but to be honest i had nothing to worry about. The staff at Optical Express were extremely helpful and friendly and when i met the surgeon before the laser treatment he put my mind at rest as he was extremely nice and went through the whole procedure. I am so pleased with the outcome and it's amazing to have 20/20 vision. I would definately recommend this to others. in fact i have already recommended it to my brother.”

“The staff at the brighton store have been very helpful and offered advice when needed. I had a second laser eye treatment because my eye sight started to deteriorate after 14 months, i had no problems with first laser surgery and i had quick recovery from it. The secoind treatment was more painful and took longer to recover from, but i would still recommend the treatment, my life is a lot better without having to wear glasses permanently. Because of my age i now have to wear glasses to read and close work, but that isnt very often. The optical express did the second treatment free of charge. All of the staff have explained every procedure and made me feel at ease. I am very happy with all the staff.”

“From the start, the staff were positive, welcoming and encouraging. I felt the service was always friendly and allayed any fears I had of the surgery. My only negative comment was at the time of surgery, the final pre-test showed that I could have had the slightly more advanced surgery which took me by surprise and was unprepared for this option. It would probably benefit future customers if they were advised of this potential change on the day. That aside, everything has been great including the aftercare and results of the treatment.”

“From the initial appointment right through the process and the follow up appointments everything has been brilliant. I feel I had an honest consultation and thorough explanations concerning the surgery, great support through the operation and the follow up care has been brilliant. I cannot recomment Optical Express highly enough and am so pleased I have finally had my eyes lasered. As a dancer it has made my life so much easier and it is fabulous waking up every morning being able to see. The best bit is not having to take 'my eyes' out every night. A big thank you to all staff who have dealt with me.”

“Having the laser eye surgery has meant that I now see the world in HD. I am amazed at how bright and colourful things are! I am estatic to no longer worry about putting plastic (lenses) in my eyes, and I can jump into the car without wearing glasses. I now go around on a daily basis highlighting the new things that I can see clearly. Simply amazing!”

“Despite feeling slightly apprehensive in the beginning I was made to feel very much at ease by the welcoming staff in Leamington. The treatment was quick, painless and a lot less discomfort than I expected.
