“Since having surgery I can see better than I ever could before. I am enjoying socialising and sports without any discomfort from lenses or the awkwardness of glasses. I put it off for years but now wish I hadn't, it has completely changed my life and improved it beyond belief.”

“After thinking about surgery on and off for a few years my husband suggested that I have it done for my 60th birthday. I had the consultasion in Oxford and was very inpressed by everthing that was explained to me and my husband. It was suggested I have lens replacement. We thought about it for a few days and decided to go ahead. Everthing that we did regarding the treatment, eg visiting Harley street and then surgery at Westfield was done professionally and with the best customer service I could have asked for. Aftercare and checks were excellent. Even better I could see straight away after 30 years of wearing glasses. This is the best money we have ever spent I cannot speak highley enough of Optical Express and the staff.”

“I am so pleased I went for laser eye surgery in Optical express. Originally was not keen to have LASEK due to a longer recovery time but after the first 2-3 days I was fine. Highly recommend my surgeon Mr Qazi. My life has completely changed. Thank you!”

“Very professional staff, who made me feel very comfortable at all stages of the procedure. I was kept informed about what was happening. My second operation was cancelled and rescheduled the next day. This necessitated my having to book and pay for a second night in a hotel. I was told Optical Express would refund my first unused night. I am still waiting for payment. I gave the receipt for the hotel to the reception in the Bristol store.”

“I was getting extremely fed up with my contact lenses, they where always irritable and my eyes kept on drying up whilst using my laptop and I didn't really feel comfortable wearing my glasses. I booked an appointment at Optical Express in Cardiff and within a week I had an appointment and was told I was suitable for the laser eye surgery. I was over the moon and didn't hesitate to book the procedure straight away. I woke up on the day of my surgery feeling anxious, however from the moment I arrived at Optical Express I was immediately put at ease. The team was very friendly, professional and the surgery was painless. I had LASIK Wavefront and I'm delighted with the results. It has boosted my confidence and I've never been happier with my appearance. Thank you Optical Express”
