“We went with Ottawa Flowers since they did an amazing job with flower bouquets for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. We certainly did not regret it for our Wedding. They did an amazing job with the flowers! When we met with Pavel, we knew our colours but we didn't know exactly what we were looking for. He took the time to explain and show us different flowers, options and what would look best. As well sizes of everything. The day of the Wedding everything was on time and beautiful! The flowers looked amazing and lasted days after the Wedding (with proper care!). I loved my bouquet so much I ended up getting it preserved! I would recommend Ottawa Flowers to anyone in the area. They are professional, punctual and great to work with!”

“At my son’s wedding the 1st picture is what we got for center pieces and the 2nd picture is what the preview mock up was. Skimpy flowers in the center pieces . The roses were wilting on the edges and the tiger lilies which were supposed to be the pop of orange were all closed buds ????!!!! The boutonniere’s were clownishly huge and wilting. Not to mention I had asked and paid for flowers to put on the cake and again green closed tiger lily buds and so was missing one of the 3 colors that were supposed to go on the cake !! No orange ??!!! 2 star review because the delivery was on time and the bridal bouquets and head table arrangement were nice.”

“From the first consultation to the day-of, Pavel offered great personalized and professional service. You always felt like your satisfaction was his top priority! He offered competitive pricing and he even threw in some vase rentals for the head table at my wedding for free! Definitely would order from him again and recommend him to all of my family and friends. Thanks Pavel!”

“Paval is an absolute gem! He was an absolutely amazing vendor to work with for our wedding in September. Paval and his team did all our flowers. He listened to what we wanted, made an effort to make sure we were on the same page and that our vision would be a reality, while working within a budget. He was easy to reach and communicate with, and super kind and lovely in person! Most importantly, all the arrangements he made exceeded our expectations! I would recommend Ottawa Flowers Inc. to anyone looking for florals for any important event!”

“Pavel was the perfect person to put together our ideas for the flowers at our wedding. We opted for non-floral centrepieces so only received bouquets and boutonnieres from Ottawa Flowers and we couldn't be happier. I was complimented all night about how perfect the flowers fit our decor. The flowers were supposed to be delivered by noon, and they came around 10 am and I was so shocked with how perfect they looked. When I met with Pavel I showed him a few pictures and he absolutely recreated my ideas into real life. I will forever recommend Ottawa Flowers to anyone I know getting married or needing flowers.”

“We hired Pavel for our wedding flowers, and could not be more impressed. The arch, lanterns, centerpieces, boutonnieres, and bouquets were everything we dreamed of (and more!). Our wedding looked so magical- and it was thanks to Pavel! He was incredibly responsive and professional and delivered exactly what we had been looking to achieve at a very reasonable price considering how much work went into perfecting every detail. We would recommend Pavel in a heartbeat- I cant imagine working with a better florist!”

“It was really easy and nice to work with Pavel. I felt in good hands. The delivery of the flowers to the venue was on time and the flowers were what I asked for. At our first meeting, I showed Pavel a picture of the bouquet that I wanted with red dahlia. I did have dahlia in my bouquet but there were miniature and could hardly see them. At first when I saw my bouquet I thought he forgot about the dahlia because I couldn't see them. I wanted large red flowers to contrast the light colors of the other flowers. So, overall the bouquet was the perfect size for me, well done, and the flowers lasted all day. However, even though it was really nice, I thought that my bouquet was missing the red and I was a bit disappointed. It is really too bad because with larger red dahlia, my bouquet would have been absolutely gorgeous. I'm not sure what happened, but I believe it was an unfortunate miscommunication, but at the end of the day I still got married and my bouquet looks amazing in the pictures especially the black and white ones!”

“I am really disappointed , I placed my order four days ago to be delivered today before noon, yet until 2PM the delivery status is still on progress . I've tried unsuccessfully all the phone numbers posted on the website contacts to speak to a representative . for more than 8 times I called I always found an automatic message , I even wrote an email 3 hours ago and I am still waiting for an answer or update .”

Hi Jean, Unfortunately we were closed yesterday for the Civic Holiday so that is why you never got a response to your phone calls. We have sent the order today with an upgrade. You should have been notified when you placed the order that we were not going to be able to deliver on Monday. We sincerely apologize for this. Ottawa Flowers
