“I am really disappointed , I placed my order four days ago to be delivered today before noon, yet until 2PM the delivery status is still on progress . I've tried unsuccessfully all the phone numbers posted on the website contacts to speak to a representative . for more than 8 times I called I always found an automatic message , I even wrote an email 3 hours ago and I am still waiting for an answer or update .”

Hi Jean, Unfortunately we were closed yesterday for the Civic Holiday so that is why you never got a response to your phone calls. We have sent the order today with an upgrade. You should have been notified when you placed the order that we were not going to be able to deliver on Monday. We sincerely apologize for this. Ottawa Flowers

“The best service EVER! I totally forgot to order an arrangement for a special event... ordered on line and asked for a rush delivery. The arrangement was delivered early, and was even more beautiful than pictured. Thank you Ottawa Flowers!!!”

“This was the first time I have used Ottawa Flowers Inc. The flower arrangement that I ordered for a family funeral were just beautiful. The basket was full of beautifully selected coordinating colour range of red and white roses and Lily's, Dalia's. Carnations and Hydrangeas, with greenery. Stunning.”

“I debated about writing a review.....A couple of weeks ago I ordered an arrangement of colourful flowers in a vase as a congratulations for my Son's girlfriend. When the flowers arrived they weren't in a vase at all. They were stuck in a piece of oasis that was wrapped with cellophane. The bouquet had an odd colour combination and the mauve daisies were turning brown in the center.When I called to complain, I was told they would look into it. I received an e mail stating that the designer mis read the order and I was credited for the vase, which was all they could do at that point. But, it still didn't change the fact that the daisies were way passed their life span and the designer must have trouble with colour combinations. P.S. I have been a Florist myself for over 34 years. That is why I called direct and placed my order. Delivery was on time, but quality was way off the mark.It made me sad. Cause this was a very special occasion.”

Good morning, We are saddened that you do not like the yellows, lavender, red & white combinations. We have many colors available at all times, could have easily done a different combination if requested. We would like to offer you a $25 in-store credit towards your next purchase as our apology for color & daisies (although they look good in the picture).
