The order was late so we missed the event where the ammo was needed. We called to find out the status of the order and we were advised the order had been lost so we were given the option to cancel the order which we did. 30 minutes later we received a shipping notice that the order had shipped and we were managed to still be charged.

2 stars because I got the carry case with it. First time I’ve had 5 rounds in one 50rd pack misfire, haven’t used the rest yet but will update once I get through the whole set.

Good prices but boxes came dammaged and there was loose ammo all over box. Luckily putter box was secure I don’t believe Any was lost

They had the wrong address on the shipping label so UPS was trying to deliver it to someone 50 miles away from my home. Of course they blamed it on UPS but I did get a refund minus $40 shipping. So if you are wondering if I reordered the answer is NOOOOOO !!!!

Shipped wrong ammo. Support was slow. All they provide is to submit your issue online and wait. They are very clear that any additional inquiries will put your issue back to the end of the line.

My order never arrived. Placed Aug. 1, 2022, and did not find out until Aug. 19th that the order was lost. Apparently, the order was lost at the Fed Ex shipping transfer station. Unfortunately, I never heard from Outdoor Limited that the order was lost, or that the order had been credited. Disappointing outcome for what has been a good experience in the past.

Poor customer service and connection. Had to ask several times as to where my package was and finally called a person (3 rd time). He claimed it had been delivered a week earlier. Total lie. He leaned on FedEX and 4 days later it arrived. He was more concerned about me canceling the charge on my CC than helping me get my merchandise.

The cardboard box the individual boxes of 20 rounds were inside was staples shut with large 1-2” staples which punctured fives boxes inside which consequently dented several rounds inside those boxes.

I was sent the wrong items, No one answers the phone or calls you back. They don't even correspond via EMAIL except to tell you what they want. Still trying to rectify the situation, waiting for a phone call

The product I ordered is not what arrived. The product was for someone else. The company stood behind the order and made it good however the product came later then it should and they wouldn’t ship my paid for order until I sent proof I shipped the incorrect product back. I shouldn’t have to wait for product I paid for causing late arrival when it was their mistake. Also their mistake caused me time to repack and ship back.

I order 600 rounds of 5.56 nato, what they could fit in the free ammo can was secure and not damaged. The rest of the ammo was rolling around in the shipping box. Some of the shell casings were banged up and dented. More like the shipping provider than outdoor limited, but still upsetting nonetheless.

Very disappointed. Order placed June 25, with delivery scheduled for July 1, not bad. However, items were not "physically" shipped until July 1, and delivered on July 6. I hope this is not your typical delivery.

In all my past experiences this is a five star outfit. Most recently, I placed a pickup order and was charged $2 for shipping protection. I called and spoke with a representative and was told I must have hit the button by mistake and there was nothing that she could do. A family member had the same thing happen. He emailed and received the same response.
