I have ordered 1,000 rounds of PMC 223 ammo before and other ammo, but in my last order you were out of the PMC 223 so I ordered 1,000 rounds of Winchester 223 expecting it to be individually boxed and new ammo. I was very disappointed that it was in bulk in a plastic bag and the brass casings are all dirty. This was not specified how it was packaged when I ordered it. I do not like using brass that is already dirty in my AR-15. I am very disappointed with this purchase. Dean Smith

Boxes were torn up, looked like the weed kicked around for 20 years. Rounds rolling around shipping box. Was not thrilled

I ordered 50 rounds and order was changed 25 rounds, I was sent 2 boxes of 25 rounds and charged the price of 50 round 50 cost $83.00 dollars.

I AM WRITING POOR BECAUSE I ACTUALLY JOINED THE CLUB AND THEY STILL CHARGE ME SHIPPING COSTS!!! WILL NOT PURCHASE ANYMORE AMMO UNTIL THEY CORRECT THIS ISSUE WHICH AS OF THIS WRITING THEY STILL HAVENT!!!!!

As I wrote you before. This was the second time my purchase was not packed properly. The ammo was out of the small boxes and loose in the larger box. Probable 80 rounds of ammo was loose. And, no offer of any compensation.

I purchased an RWB Drum Magazine, it broke almost immediately upon loading ammunition into it. Outdoor Limited refused to accept a return, instead providing me with the manufacturer's information, and basically telling me I'm on my own. After weeks of failed attempts to contact the manufacturer on my own, both via e-mail as well as by phone, I again contacted Outdoor Limited and they agreed to take the magazine back for a full refund. At this point, I was feeling better about my experience. Unfortunately, that’s not the end of it. Actually, that’s not even the beginning. My first bout of unhappiness with them is the fact that they basically tricked me into purchasing “shipping protection” for $2.00. Using a desktop it’s fairly clear that the box is checked automatically, and you have to manually un-check it to decline the protection. However, I did not make the purchase on a desktop, I did so using my phone. Using a mobile browser is not so apparent, and because the box is automatically checked, I did not see it until after I submitted the order. Immediately upon submission, I then noticed the $2.00 upcharge and e-mailed them, asking to have it credited back. They declined, of course. Now back to the defective item issue. I went ahead and sent the item back to them, $9 more out of my pocket, which I just considered a “stupid tax” for ever having done business with them in the first place. Thus far I have spent $88 for this $60 piece of plastic garbage, which is made in Korea, by a company named RWB(Red, White, Blue). They are now offering me the refund in the form of an in-store credit. Now that they have the item back, they’re screwing me…again! What’s worse, they’re only going to give me a percentage of the price of THE ITEM, not a percentage of the total purchase price with shipping and tax and the $2 theft(shipping protection). So the $60 piece of plastic crap that I have spent almost $90 on is going to end up being worth a 50-something dollar in-store credit to this place that sells lots of other stuff that I don’t need, as well as plenty of over-priced ammunition. I hope that my review is taken seriously and Outdoor Limited decides to revise their customer service policy surrounding the defective items that they sell. I am highly disappointed, to say the least. I very much recommend not buying any products made by RWB. Instead, give your money to ProMag. Their magazines are of far greater quality, using steel feed lips and much higher quality components. I ended up giving more of my money to grabagun.com. If I’d have only spent more time looking for what I wanted, I’d have found them in the first place! And the price is actually a little less for the ProMag than what Outdoor Limited charged me for the crappy one! Now I have a ProMag that is great, and will probably outlast me! I highly doubt they will post this review publicly. Outdoor Limited truly IS…limited.

The fact the ammo I bought was steel core should have been more prominently noted in the the description. Now I’m stuck with 1000 rounds I can’t fire at my range.

Got what I ordered, more than what I wanted to pay and took way longer than I expected because someone did not create the shipping label correctly causing me to have to create an account with UPS that I have never had to do with any other online supplier. With drew my money with no real 2 way communication for days the order was Truely placed or in transit. Debating whether or not I will purchase anything else.

The bullets were EVERYWHERE in the shipping box. All 5 individual boxes of ammo had been opened during shipping. Very disappointed that I had to re-pack around 100 bullets...

read the statement about processing ship times on the site, and it supposedly shipped in the 3 days. But sat showing shipped ups waited an additional 4 days ups saying they never got it yey so I emailed them explaining the situation. the customer service agent didn't even read the email of the problem, was rude and dismissive, so i had to re-email explaining the situation all over. finally, after 2 more days ups finally got it. another 3 days in transit only 1 state away. finally got it the box was busted open ammo boxes were ripped and crushed and had to dispose of about a dozen rounds that i would not load into a firearm safely. Was not even worth the time to recontact them just to have another rude agent. I will shop elsewhere

This is the 3rd time I sent a review saying one of my shipments of 380 ammo was shart 12 rounds and no one has replied. Also sent a written complaint months ago and it seems no one cares.

The rounds I purchased gave me the impression that they were all brass. Unfortunately, when they were delivered, they were all steel casings. I prefer to never use anything other than brass ever. I wasted alot of money for nothing. Also my purchase came the day after expected and I was out of town when delivered.

When I received my 9mm ammunition, it was loose in the packaging, causing loose rounds to come out of the holder areas.

Ordering process was pretty straight forward and got a notification that it had shipped and even got the tracking number. Then I got an email saying they had oversold this item somehow and my order was cancelled. At least I got a refund on it. And now I received an email to rate the order I never got so here I am.
