Product was good but the packaging was not. Most of the bullets came out of their containers (cartons and the bucket) and some had fallen out of the box all together.

Whenever I order from Outdoor Limited I always pay for expedited shipping. However there is a disconnect, in that my orders are sometimes delayed a week or more. I have had to ask Outdoor limited on more than one occasion to release my order that is stuck at the warehouse.

I inadvertently ordered 6.5 Grendel as part of a larger order. Outdoorsman refused a return of the partial order. Unfortunate!

Shipment lacked packing material and my 223 ammo boxes were thrown around and the boxes all opened. The 12 gauge was boxed separately and didn't open.

At $3 a round I purchased 100rds. But only received 98rds. Tried to contact..... "we're not answering the phone". Emailed..... got nothing. Will be looking elsewhere for future purchases.

Box it was delivered in was in good shape and good packing inside. Case box was damaged and 80% of individual boxes were damaged. Can only assume damage was done in warehouse and it was shipped out that way. Same with .308 Tulsa ammo. Packing box and material in good shape but case box and 70% of individual boxes damaged and can only assume from damage in warehouse prior to shipping

I ordered 100rds of 5.56 tracers and received .38special. After a week of waiting for an email reply I was told that I had to send the .38 special before they could send me what I actually ordered. Two weeks after the order was placed I finally got what I paid for but by then the event that I needed the tracers for had come and gone.

The ammo is super dirty. Brand new clean gun and it couldn’t get through 3 shots without jamming up. Was gunked up and super dirty quick. Would love to return. These are useless for me. Nice ammo box.

I bought the glock 27 extended mag and can't get more than 8 rounds in it. Don't know what the problem is but the regulat glock mag holds 9 rounds.

I typed the free shipping code into the comment as I did’t see anywhere else on the website to place it. They didn’t honor it, even though they acknowledged it was in the comments and charged me for shipping. This resulted in a suboptimal experience.

In previous purchases I have been extremely pleased with Outdoor Limited product quality, prices and customer service. Unfortunately, in my latest purchase I mistakenly ordered steel casing ammo which I could not use. While I was able to cancel the order before it was shipped (ordered on Saturday and cancelled on Sunday), I was assessed a 20% cancellation fee (approx. $50). This would have been reasonable if the order had been shipped and returned. But, since it had not left the warehouse and perhaps not even been pulled from the shelf, it was overly excessive. While I will likely order from Outdoor Limited again, this experience has tarnished an otherwise favorable opinion of the vender.

First of all, let me say that the company's products, selection, and prices are very good compared to their competitors; I have no gripe with those. My problem is with their shipping department which has botched up my order three times over the past year, sending either the wrong caliber or only part of an order. I can understand an occasional error here and there, but three times in a year is excessive, and it's not as if I put in a huge amount of orders. This necessitates me having to fill out a form to correct the matter and take a pile of photos of all sides of the various shipping cartons, packing slips, etc., and send them off to the company, which is time consuming; and, being a senior, I especially value my time as it is, obviously, running out. Another potential annoyance with shorted orders is that, by the time the people responsible for correcting order errors get to fill my order, the item may very well be out of stock. The situation was especially disconcerting in the case of my most recent order as the person, who packed only half of it, somehow, didn't notice that the carton containing the ammo had the number of rounds it contained clearly printed in large, dark numerals.

Shipping is terrible, I got 4 boxes of ammo 3 of the 4 boxes were all out in the shipping box and the tray they sit in was all broke. I sent a email telling about the problem and all I got was a email back saying they forwarded to the manager, still haven’t heard anything about it. I order a lot from company and that was depressing.

I ordered 2 1500 9mm sterling ammo. The next day your email said complete your order! Called my Credit Card Co.showed no purchase. Signed in and ordered again. I received a double order! Cost me extra $1,000.00 I did not want to spend. A lot of money to me
