“The shipment took well over two weeks due to shipping errors on vendors part. When I called the guy just said 'oh well keep an eye on tracking ' the error was the vendors.”

“My order #1588286 on February 28, 2022 of (2) sku PMC9ABP PMC 9mm 9A Ammunition 115 Grain Full Metal Jacket Battle Pack 300 Rounds arrived today March 8, 2022 However, one of the 2 battle packs was ripped open, which kind of defeats the purpose of a sealed heavy-duty battle pack. I attached photos of the condition upon opening the box -which showed no indication of damage to explain the ripped heavy-duty vinyl battle pack. The entire reason for ordering this item was to have sealed, secured ammo that is easy to transport. I asked Outdoor to advise what is offered to correct this issue. Their response on Wed, Mar 9, 2022 at 9:26 AM was Good morning, I am very sorry to hear about this. This is cosmetically damaged packaging and should not affect the quality of the ammo, we do not advertise the packaging as " sealed, secured ammo [storage]" We sell the ammo that is in the boxes. I do apologize for the error with this. Eric Outdoor Limited I reponded with the following in support of my claim that the packaging in this case is an integral part of the product. I have to respectfully disagree and so do most of your competitors and Google. To claim that this is "cosmetically damaged packaging" is like saying an umbrella or and MRE with a rip in it is "cosmetically damaged". The general public understanding of a "battle pack" is that it is a sealed, water-tight, transportable package of ammo that can be carried and safely stored in normal conditions as evidenced by the ads of your competitors and Google's description below. Do you stand behind your product and the understanding and take responsibility for your employees work, and your customers satisfaction and your suppliers or not. “Whenever I order from Outdoor Limited I always pay for expedited shipping. However there is a disconnect, in that my orders are sometimes delayed a week or more. I have had to ask Outdoor limited on more than one occasion to release my order that is stuck at the warehouse.”

“Box it was delivered in was in good shape and good packing inside. Case box was damaged and 80% of individual boxes were damaged. Can only assume damage was done in warehouse and it was shipped out that way. Same with .308 Tulsa ammo. Packing box and material in good shape but case box and 70% of individual boxes damaged and can only assume from damage in warehouse prior to shipping”

“I ordered 100rds of 5.56 tracers and received .38special. After a week of waiting for an email reply I was told that I had to send the .38 special before they could send me what I actually ordered. Two weeks after the order was placed I finally got what I paid for but by then the event that I needed the tracers for had come and gone.”

“The ammo is super dirty. Brand new clean gun and it couldn’t get through 3 shots without jamming up. Was gunked up and super dirty quick. Would love to return. These are useless for me. Nice ammo box.”
