Outdoor limited provided incorrect shipping tracking number and my ammunition was left in freezing rain, snow for over 24 hours in front of my ranch gate. Packed in cardboard boxes, the loose rounds (thousands of rounds) are very inconvenient. When I called to obtain the tracking number, no return call or email was received by me. Only a message service to leave them a message. After 48 hours, I called back to obtain tracking information and then was told the delivery has already been made or rather ammunition left at gate, yesterday. Thanks for the non-service

Although I’ve purchased and received delivery of ammunition from you in the past to my location, customer service indicated that they were unable to ship direct. I live in Suffolk county NY which is not an issue. Order was cancelled. Had to purchase elsewhere. Disappointing

It is probably not your fault but I still have not received my order. I see from the tracking that you shipped promptly but it has been sitting in ups warehouse since the 28th of December 15 miles from my house I like the website but the carrier is dropping the ball

What started as a wonderful experience with OL sadly ended up being my most frustrating attempt at an online purchase this year. After a successful online order last year, we decided to place another order this year. Without any notification, I discovered that my order had been canceled. Not by me, but by OL. I only discovered the cancelation because I had logged in to check the status. When I contacted them to find out what happened, I was informed that the Fraud department noticed something fishy...so they canceled the order. I was thankful for the protection, yet disappointed in the lack of communication. No text, no e-mail, no calls. Nothing. I placed the same order again and double and triple-checked my credit card info (in the event that the initial flagging as a potential fraud was my fault). The EXACT thing happened again. I logged back in to check the status of my order to discover that OL was canceling the new order! ZERO communication to verify the purchase or to warn me of any possible fraud. At that point, we decided to move on to another company. Sadly, they lost our business...not because of protecting a potentially fraudulent purchase, but for not professionally communicating with their customers. Sad to move on, but we tried twice to continue our relationship as an OL customer. I really dislike writing negative reviews, but I keep receiving e-mails from OL asking me to write one. So, that's my experience. I have a hunch that this is an unusual transaction with OL, but this is what happened...twice. Merry Christmas everybody!

Would not let me use free shipping code. Called after ordering they would not change order and take shipping charge off. After buying thousands of rounds over time not sure l will buy again.

I have purchased from outdoor limited in the past and they were great until my last purchase and I had severe damage and they didn’t help me with my damaged order they just told me that there was not a lot of damage from the pictures I sent I have showed the damaged rounds to local shops I was told the whole lot should have been replaced I also purchased there shipping insurance and still didn’t get assistance even having the insurance the bottom line is they are good if there is no problems but that’s the last time I will order and take a gamble hoping that my order will not be damaged

You are asking for a review on my purchase and I didn't even receive it yet. Ordered on 11-25-21 and was supposed to receive it on the 1st. of Dec. I have no idea when I will receive my order.

Not recommended jammed numerous times, had to take my guns apart to remove the bullet from the barrels for my 9 mms

im soorry uz my order was cancel for no reason .just cuz meybe i use i new credit car and new email.for this reason my wallet got lost.but i hope next time i purches a new orden yall dont cancel any thingok and tanks u

For the 2nd time this year, one of plastic ammo containers had cracked and dispersed all of the bullets throughout the cardboard box. All due to very poor packaging.

Box damaged on outside and about 50-75 bullets loose within since some individual ammo boxes also torn. Noticed some dinged shells. Sent picture and reply said it was unacceptable but no credit or refund or any proposed solution. Just expected me to inspect individual bullets which is not a customers job. I deleted them from my Ammo sources. Several past purchases were ok but I just don’t feel good about how they reacted so I am going elsewhere. By the way this is the first negative post of any kind for me in years.

I signed up as a follower and received a first time ordered a free ship code. I wanted foe the ammo to arrive and during that order I forgot to use the code. I texted the next day to relay my omission and was told it was too late and already processed. I expected OL could easily credit my card for the $15. Didn’t seem fair or customer satisfaction friendly which has made me reluctant to reorder...in spite of the factor that ammo is hard to find. BTW one box of ammo had been opened more than a couple of times so the box was a bit “used”. Bob

As a repeat (and typically satisfied) customer of Outdoor Limited, I was disappointed with our latest order. The product was OK, but it was poorly packaged for shipment. All but one box had opened during shipment, with the contents spilling out into the outer box. Even that box was not well secured, and it is entirely possible that some of the .22LR could have spilled out in shipment.
