Just wondering why you can drive there to pick up something but can't drive there to return it!

I signed up as a follower and received a first time ordered a free ship code. I wanted foe the ammo to arrive and during that order I forgot to use the code. I texted the next day to relay my omission and was told it was too late and already processed. I expected OL could easily credit my card for the $15. Didn’t seem fair or customer satisfaction friendly which has made me reluctant to reorder...in spite of the factor that ammo is hard to find. BTW one box of ammo had been opened more than a couple of times so the box was a bit “used”. Bob

As a repeat (and typically satisfied) customer of Outdoor Limited, I was disappointed with our latest order. The product was OK, but it was poorly packaged for shipment. All but one box had opened during shipment, with the contents spilling out into the outer box. Even that box was not well secured, and it is entirely possible that some of the .22LR could have spilled out in shipment.

Ammo arrived but was not packed well. One box was open, loose rounds bouncing around all over inside.

Prices and selection were good. However my order was cancelled without explanation so I didn't get to enjoy those good prices.

I emailed about 2 weeks asking why order wasn’t shipped yet. They responded they were short handed. Then 3 days later they emailed me saying they were out of the main product I wanted. There was no low stock notification when I placed the order. I did receive refund for missing product but if I’d known that product was out then I would not have placed the order at all.

I ordered a case of 12 ga #6's as they showed in stock. Since they had those I ordered 500 .45 to ship with them. Then about 2 weeks later they shipped the .45's and not the shotgun shells. Refunded my money with no explanation. I wouldn't have ordered the 45's as they were higher, but since I was already on the site I did. So I got the higher priced product and not what I really needed. The site says all over it "real time inventory"... wrong! When I sent a complaint in they said we will give you free shipping on your next $200 order... really not a very good compensation for screwing me the first time.

I only received half my order , you didn’t send the 200 rounds of 223 hollow points , no explanation, just sent me a message I was getting a refund. You advertised it and I bought it while in stock then you decided you didn’t want me to have it , bad business practice.

I ordered the 100 pack of .380 ammo. I was shipped the 50 pack. I emailed the company and pointed out their error including a picture of the package and the packing slip showing the package was too light to contain 100 rounds. They emailed me and said it was a mistake, but they never did anything to correct their error.

never got the ammo when called they look into why never got was told warehouse never shipped so the refund the money , would rather have had the .410 ammo for the store

The ammo was delayed in shipping which isnt their fault. However spending over $1200 and still haveing to pay for shipping is ridiculous. This site is always over priced to begin with. Only bought from here because of the russian ban and wanted to stock up

I t would of been better if they hadn’t canceled my order because they over sold the inventory…the least they could of done is give me first choice when the ammo comes back in stock

Contacted customer service on order mistake twice through email, no response, they sent out order that costs more for shipping than the product. If I recall the website messed up unit amount multiple times. Bottom line, you'll get what you'll get. I've dealt with them before and customer service was top notch.

I ordered 410 shells and received 12 gauge shells. Have reported and while received a quick reply by email for documentation of incorrect shipment, I am currently waiting on reply as to corrective action.

The ammo was good! took a couple weeks too get . The ammo was packed poorly and a box broke and ammo was loosley scattered inside packing box but all was there and shot well!

Evidently there was a damaged package and I did not receive all of my products. I had to email them rather than they email and contact me to see what was going on. STILL have not received my packages. I repeat. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGES………Hello? 2 stars a bit generous.
