This company does not pack for shipping. They only put one piece of foam in the container like that is supposed to keep things from shifting during transport. Every order comes looking like a hurricane hit it on the inside. Bullets and shells are everywhere. I have complained to them before about the lack of packaging when I had to contact them one time when they left a box of 45acp out of one order. I am missing 14 shotgun shells out of one of the last two orders because the box was torn on one corner and the shells were loose in the box . I spend A LOT OF MONEY with is company mainly because they are one of the few places that have ammo most of the time but I am going to have to look elsewhere because I'm tired of my ammo being loose and all over the box and some of it damaged and missing when I get it.

I received an already opened crate with boxes that had been tampered with(torn tabs). It was annoying and an unfortunate experience given the premium paid for a sealed crate above other options that were available at the time of purchase.

I selected the option forma local pick up, but the store was more than 75 miles from my house.

I received the order in a timely manner and I though it was all great. I went shooting yesterday and pulls a box of 45 70 shells from the order I had placed. I figured I had what I needed with 20 rounds to do some sighting in of the new scope. to my surprise when I opened the box of 20 two were missing. there were only 18 in the box. When I got home I immediately checked the other 9 boxes and found one more box missing two rounds. 4 rounds out of 200 purchased were on in their boxes as shipped. two were missing at one end of each of two boxes. very disappointing.

Disappointing that company's have to take advantage of sportsman by inflating the price of ammunition. If I wasn't low on this caliber I would not have purchased. Would not deal with this company again. Extremely disappointing.

I had a good experience shopping with you. The website was easy to navigate. You had what I was looking in stock. The reason I picked poor was because I was shorted 2 boxes of ammo. I called and left a voicemail but no one has contacted me yet. As of this date it's been 3 weeks.

I ordered some ammo on August 14. Since then it seems this was a comedy of errors. I ordered hollow points and they sent FMJ instead. It took me multiple tries to make contact with someone and finally customer service emailed me a link to shipping department to resolve the issue. They wanted multiple photographs of the packing slip, the boxes of ammo, the packaging material and the box it was delivered in. Then after a week or so, I get an email with a return label to send the wrong product back for credit. No mention of sending the ammo I ordered, just send it back. Thankfully, In the meantime I purchased from another supplier.

I emailed a complaint with Photos over a week ago and have yet to hear back from anyone about my previous order. Very poor customer service!

I've ordered here quite a bit my last order arrived very battered with missing ammo packaging all chewed or ripped up dented casings from being miss handed will probably be the last I purchase through this company till things are resolved correctly

I was short shipped all of my 12 gauge shells, I sent several messages and called, when I talked to someone they told me somebody would e-mail me a form to fill out. I filled out the form including up-loading a picture of the package, they said because of heavy demand it might take 4 to 5 days for somebody to get back to me. It's been over a week plus I sent in another message asking for info, I thought this e-mail was addressing that but instead it's a review, I bought from you before with good results but so far this time is not going so well. My order for 9mm defense was for Two boxes, when I discovered the error and called before the order was shipped they would not allow me to and to the order but wanted me to place an additional order and pay another shipping charge. I think that was a lack of good customer service.

Very poor customer service. Would not respond to email regarding the whereabouts of delivery. Yeah, I get it, they're busy filling orders. I'm busy too. A simple response to an email was all that was needed. Will not ever order again from this company. There's simply too many other places to get ammo.

The good was that the order got shipped out quickly. But I did not receive it. I have been in contact with FedEx to find out where my package is. They said it was delivered. I contacted outdoor limited and spoke to a lady to see if she could help reach out to FedEx. She was rude and unsympathetic. FedEx told me to contact my sender. I also paid the insurance for my ammo. Very disappointed I paid for it and do not have it.
