“Packing for these 10 boxes of 9mm ammo was so poor 3 of the boxes were damaged and spilling bullets in the shipping box which was almost worn through. Almost looked UNSAFE!! however the shipment was on time, got to appreciate that. would recommend better packing materials.”

“The ammo was great, delivery pretty good. But the customer service was sub par. They offered free shipping for my 1st order which was almost 20$. They provided a code ,which I used. The total came up correct, so I made the purchase. When they sent my receipt to my email, I was charged for the shipping! What gives guys! I contacted their customer service. They did NOTHING! I will not be a customer anymore. And I don't recommend them either.”

“I was sent the wrong speed shells. I ordered 1265 fps and received 1145 fps, instead. Currently, waiting to see how Outdoor Limited handles my request for compensation for the difference in price or provides me with the correct shells.”

“The tabs of the boxes were ripped open and rounds were loose in the box it came in rattling around. Both the box 100 count of 45 and one box of the 380 or torn open with the tabs still found in the brown box it came in.”

“Haven't shoot the ammo yet. Not sure if it's compromised. But for it to arrive sounding like a box of Legos and opening it to the blow the view was disappointing.”

“One box of .22LR had been crushed and the shipping box was full of loose rounds. As the shipping box showed no signs of stress or damage, this was evidently done during packing.”

“I ordered 200 rounds of hollowpoint 9mm for defensive purposes and 700 rounds of target 9mm, (in stocks items) What I got was just the 700 taget rounds and my receipt that someone scribbled over the hollow points and hand wrote we owe you a refund ? It took over a week to get reimbursed, why wasn't I notified ahead of time so I could switch brands of the hollow point rounds ? I was even told I'd have to place a new order, and couldn't get store credit ?? Not getting notified ahead of time would have cost me an additional shipping charge. I'm not at all happy with my 1st and possibly last order from them. Also ordered steel ammo cans, they put the rounds in the ammo cans with "some" packing but there were loose round in the steel case clanging around.”

“I ordered this ammo as it was one the rounds that the manufacture of my weapon recommended. The box said Wolf, but the ammo said Tulammo. I could have ordered the Tulammo rounds at a cheaper price. If it is the same ammo, I should have been notified.”

“glad OL is doing business. but what marred my experience was that i purposely chose to checkout as a guest and to NOT set up an account. i thought, thanks for that option. then surprisingly, i got an email from OL that began, "For your convenience, we've created you an account on Outdoor Limited ..." wow, i hated that. i emailed back to reiterate that I DO NOT want an account, and asked the group to delete it. still, all the unwanted email started to hit my mailbox. ugh, i'm a girl who. would just like to place an order, receive the goods, thank you, and that's it until the next time. and hey, don't be mad.”

“These suck because they are steel core and you can't use them at the range. At no point in their advertisment was this indicated. Cheaper bullets don't count if you can't use them.”
