“Received the wrong order. Emailed Outdoor Ltd about wrong order and included details. Rather than immediately shipping the correct order and providing me with a shipping label to return the wrong item, I had to fill out a form requesting the same information I had already provided. Then I waited 3 days for a response . Total time; three weeks to get my order. Certainly not the usual service I have received from O.L.”

“I spent over $600 on ammunition, and what did I get? A shipment so horribly packed, that most of the boxes of ammo had come open during transit; I open the box to find torn ammo boxes and hundreds of loose rounds. VERY unprofessional and not a nice way to show appreciation for over $600 worth of business. When I order ammo, I want it to arrive intact.”

“It was the previous purchase where I bought 300 Blackout ammo and bought "steel" case by mistake. I didn't realize I had to "enlarge" the picture to see "steel case" on the box. I can't shoot it anywhere in Utah. Your descriptions should be clearer. After spending over $300.00 for the ammo and finding out I can't use it doesn't sit well.”

“I choose to use FedEx for my delivery option. The boxes inside the case of shotgun shells were totally destroyed due to rough handling.”

“The package came to me in good condition. When I opened it I had 1 of the boxes of ammo that was scattered through out the shipping box. It looked as if it had been dumped into the box that way. The box the ammo should have been in was crushed, but shipping box showed no damage to it. The other 7 boxes were fine. Not how I like to see my product arriving to me!”

“So I guess my review isn't fair to Outdoor limited but to the company you use for shipping. My order was placed on 05-18-21 with rush processing $9.99 and shipping costs of $15.12 and a delivery date of 05-27-21. As of today 06-08-21, I am still waiting. Customer service started a lost package claim and to advise them if it isn't delivered by 6-23-21. As a first time customer it is a little disappointing to say the least.”

“Outdoor superstore? Not when you don't have ammo! I checked earlier, and out of 12 inquiries, you had 2 almost! That's not a good percentage! I know there was a pandemic! We can use this excuse, only for a short period. I work in a local Gun shop, and we have ammo! Sorry, but time to move on!”

“I placed a order because the price on the .30 cal carbine ammo was very reasonable for "seconds". I also added a few items that I didn't really need just to help with shipping costs as I'm aware that many times shipping is no more, or not much more, expensive for larger orders. When my order arrived I was missing the .30 carbine ammo. Upon further checking it appears as if Outdoor Limited made a mistake on their site and had posted a wrong price (cheaper) for the ammo. Instead of them notifying me to see what I wanted to do they simply cancelled the order for the .30 carbine ammo and sent me the rest of the stuff. In the end I ended up getting .30 carbine ammo from another source. Considering that I ordered extra stuff that I really didn't need and would not have ordered if the proper price would have been posted, I'm rather irritated by this. I consider this horrible customer service and a bait and switch. I should have been notified that a mistake had been made and given the option of changing my order.”

“I live in CA so ofcourse it’s not easy to buy ammo. Took me several attempts to make my purchase then took an email to customer service to approve the order shipping to CA. Unfortunately the price went up $50 During that time and the free shipping code I was emailed wasn’t honored during the transaction. To add insult to injury the same day I received my order the price dropped $100. When I emailed customer service was told sorry we can’t do any adjustments after order has processed. Happy to have ammo not happy to not take advantage of discounts or free shipping!!”
