“Never received my order. Took over a week before they would reply to email. Call, get voice-mail. No call back. After 3 weeks, they tell me they refund my money, but it take at least another week”

“Unreasonably expensive. About like a pawnshop. 40 bucks for 20 dollar box of ammo. I’ll be buying from people who aren’t out to rip off everyone during this high demand regular supply economy. I have gotten good deals from outdoor limited in the past. I will probably buy from them again once people stop panic buying and prices come back down. Until then I’ll be shopping at Academy Sports. They aren’t taking advantage of the shooting community.”

“My order was processed and delivered without problem. The ammo, however (Sterling 9mm Lugar) was of poor quality. It kept jamming in my Glock 19. I finally gave a box and a half to the gun range to dispose of. They told me that other customers have had the same problems with this ammo. I would advise Outdoor Limited to no longer carry this brand.”

“Received my order on time but that’s all I can say is good from distributor. Box was partially crushed but had absolutely no packing inside so plastic ammo case was broken and 10 or so rounds were loose in the cardboard box. I was missing 2 rounds. All this could’ve been prevented with simply better packaging. Ammo was consistent with my mod M1917 Eddystone/Mashburn, 2 rounds at 150yds punched clean through AR350 plate and 2 more at 1” mild steel plate (only core went thru)”

“Bullets are overpriced! That’s everywhere I guess though. Shipping is steep! Again everywhere online you have to pay shipping, ugh 😩. And they seldom have the calibers of ammunition I need in stalk. So…”

“Package showed up like this. Not very impressed considering how much I payed for "cheap" 22 ammo. I understand the times we are in, but at least the packing could be better.”

“Shipping was on time but the boxes were mostly torn. Bullets were scattered all over inside the package. I had to literally count every bullet to make sure I receive all I bought.”

“My account states ‘waiting on customer response’ I have not received any inquiries. I am not able to click on anything near that statement on my order. I send an inquiry to customer service and have not heard a reply. When will my order ship????”

“Items ordered took over 3 weeks to arrive - were lost in delivery. How do you loose an item that has a tracking number? This is actually the second time this has happened.”
