“Frustrating! Fedex- my order was not delivered. Unexplainably, Fedex routing says that order was refused. This is NOT ACCURATE. Delivery was not attempted on 3/7-21. Note say address corrected - Delivery 3/8/21- then It was rerouted back to OL. Please advise best solution. Allen / cell: 203-313-5354”

“Service good, prices outrageous! Luckily I bought early before they almost doubled prices. $8 per cartridge...difficult times, I know, but no reason to price gouge so heavily! Wont buy from them when times aren’t so tough.”

“After cancelling the order that was going to be over 100.00 dollars for 20 rounds of 6.5 creedmoor, I received message stating that cancelling an order is a one time courtesy. Seems kind of rude to tell customers that cancelling an order that is ridiculously expensive for what is ordered, is not good customer service. Will stick to ordering my ammo from opticsplanet.com.”
