“I ordered nearly $700 worth of ammunition. Somehow the package got lost. After finding out from UPS what had happened I began calling Outdoors Limited to inform them. I never was able to talk to a “person”, only left messages with no return call. Finally after my money has been tied up for two weeks or more, Jordan shoots me an email letting me know your company is aware of the problem. My money will be tied up for a month soon and I’m still unaware of a resolution at hand. I need answers or my money.”

“i received 3 boxes of 22lr and 1 box of 9mm ammo on feb 8th. the exterior packaging was not damaged, but the contents were scattered all over the bottom of the box. there was no packing material in the bottom of the box, and only a lump pf packing on top. i haven't had a chance to test fire, but i expect the rim fire cartridges will be defective due to all the rattling and shaking done during shipping. i spent over $100 for these bullets, and I AM NOT HAPPY.”

“I ordered 3 - 30 round Mags for my AR 15 and the ammo is very difficult to load into it and the mags fit very tightly into the gun. I was not allowed to return for credit. Although, this does not mean that I will not purchase from you again.”

“The ordering process was easy. Great selection. However, I still have not received my order that had an estimated delivery date of February 8th which changed to the 14th which now has no estimated arrival at all.”

“The order took way too long! I received rifle parts as well as ammo from Palmetto, ordered at different times and it all came before this order. I sent a message to them to cancel the order a week before they shipped it, they were not taking calls, but they still sent it. I will not pay the inflated prices again!”

“I ordered 25. CAL ammo and they sent me 22. Cal ammo then I asked for a order Replacement and was told I needed to drive to a ups and send them back to them and that only when they recieved them back id get a refund or replacement they have no remorse the customer or their time and gas money to send them back and by the time they got their wrong order back and sent me more I will have had 3 months wrapped up in this order”

“I really needed to cancel my order less then an hour after I placed it. I was told I could not do that. Any other reparable company would have. I could have put a block on my credit card and canceled the order that way, but I choose to be a better person and let the order process. Not happy about that and will never order from Outdoor Limited again and will ensure every whom asks, I will tell them to go else where.”

“Ordered on 1/25/21 and still haven’t received my ammo. Worst part is you guys don’t even supply a tracking number. Your week Ass web site just says shipped. I’ve ordered lots of ammo from outdoor unlimited but this will probably be my last time. Not knowing anything about your order these days is nerve racking.”

“Literally the only reason this is getting 2 stars instead of one is because it was in stock. After shipping, it was about $50 for 5 rounds of .410 000 Buck. I get price gouging, but $10 for a single. 410 shell is just ridiculous. I guess as long as there are people willing to pay it, it will keep them in business. But if ammo prices ever come back to normal, I hope customers remember the businesses that screwed them. Will never buy from here again.”
