“Outdoor limited is a great company, but it's insane to charge $17 for shipping one box of 9mm ammo. I know things are rough right now, but not that rough. Shipping can and always has been done cheaper. My package also took 2 and a half weeks to ship. Now that's the shippers fault, not yours. I hope that you will work to improve prices for ammo and shipping and hopefully everything can go down to normal in the near future.”

“While I understand that there is a shortage of ammunition at this time, I’m disappointed that you are using it to price gouge you customers. I paid you fifty dollars for a box of 50, where other companies such as Bass Pro when they received shipments only charged $18 and allowed customers to purchase 5 boxes.”

“Hate to say it but better quality control is needed. We're paying high prices for ammo these days. I had one round mashed into the shell and bulging at the edge. Was not hard to see, and it would've damaged my gun if I loaded it. I didn't bother returning, or complaining about one round out of a hundred, but this is where you'll hear about it.”

“FedEx left my package at the wrong house. My package was never recovered. I had the shipping insurance. I’m still waiting for my local sheriffs department to get me a copy of the police report Outdoors Limited requires me to have to get a refund.”

“Tried to cancel order within 24hrs. Was told it could be done. Then received an email about my shipping label being created. Called and was told it was to late. Item didn't ship for 2 days. Paid $15 for shipping too! Won't be purchasing from Outdoor limited-during this crazy pew-pew shortage. My local shop doesn't price gouge.”

“My order was short had to file a claim take a lot if pics to prove, you did inventory check and it was true my order was shorted, nothing for my inconvenience, a hat a t-shirt something for it, nope nothing. Yes I finally received my full order.”

“I know there's a "shortage" right now but this price for target load is insane. I referred people to your site, then looked foolish as the seen the prices. I live in NY state and rally needed ammo. Your prices made me feel like I was buying from a scalper.”

“Pay a premium price for ammunition and them messing up on my order, received wrong order, then not having what I ordered to replace what they sent me. Took 12 days for them to even get back to me on there mistake. Very disappointed on being a first time buyer of this store. I won’t do business with them anymore.”

“I have ordered in the past with very happy results however the long delay between order to shipping was a bit too long and then FedEx can't seem to get the ammo delivered!!! With ammo so difficult to find we need reliable sources to get us ammo...”

“The act of making the purchase was simple and stress fee. I placed the order on 1/29/21 and still haven’t received it and apparently it’s sitting somewhere with fedex and they haven’t scheduled delivery. Very frustrating, I know the weather and back orders cause issues but I’ve received other packages from other services in the meantime. I will update whenever I get my package”
